Happy New Year to the Mean Green Nation. Have a grand New Year's Eve and New Year's Day Celebration and bring in the New Year in Mean Green style. If you are in the area you can start the celebration at UNT 90 Grad's Collin County watch party at Rudy's in Allen for the game tonight...the party on...be safe and have fun! Good things, yes, good things, are ahead for the Mean Green in 2013 with the new basketball practice facility, the very real possibility of starting the rebirth of the baseball program at UNT, an improved football team, a full slate of home football games in 2013 , the Sunbelt Tournament in Hot Springs (last one...you really do not want to miss it), the start of UNT's CUSA affiliation, another winning year for soccer, volleyball, golf, softball, swimming and diving, tennis, track and field, etc. And a few things that we will "discover" as 2013 progresses. Lots of reason for high spirits for the Mean Green faithful heading into 2013. Have a great new year...be safe...have fun and continue to believe in the MEAN GREEN!
