    Outside of a victory, I want to see players that haven't quit and a coaching staff that has buy-in. I keep thinking about Stockstill at MTSU. They get blown out last game of 2011, start the year with a horrible loss and had every excuse to quit but now have a chance to win the conference. He has that team's full attention. I want to see the same from our HC and his players today. It's all on Mac in my opinion. He has to start putting his "stamp" on these kids.
