We went to the game as well. It was me and my husband and our little one. She wore her Mean Green cheer outfit and cheered the Dragons on to victory. It was fun. I am soooo excited about the upcoming season. Can't happen soon enough.

I just called. Tailgating IS allowed however alcohol is not. FYI

I didn't think about the whole no taligaiting thing because it's a highschool game. We have been to under 18 soccer tournaments at Pizza Hut Park before and there is no drinking/tailgating allowed due to the fact that it is an under 18 event. I bet you could either call the school and ask or call Texas Stadium ticket office.

We will be there! The game starts at 1pm I think. Tickets are 10.00 at the gate on gameday. Parking is 5.00. I believe it is gate 3 as far as entrance ino the stadium, but I could be wrong.

So he paid for the black jerseys. Interesting. I didn't see that earlier.

I was just going to mention this. They are a much much smaller school. And this past year they have had a very good turnout. I believe their average enrollment for undergrads and grads is 8,000 students. My mother has worked for the school for 13 years, 11 being with athletics. You should have seen the crowd for the Tech/TCU game. It was insane. There were several thousand that came that didn't even have tickets. They just tailgated. Wins is what we need. Everything else will fall into place.

I haven't heard back from the athletic department yet. Big surprise there. I am cool with just a seniors message. I have a ton of black and green sharpies that I ordered and can bring so everyone can write messages to the seniors.

That is why in this same thread I asked if that was too big or small. No one responded to that question did they?

I actually DO have an in on Sharpies. LOL We get a deep discount through work. I'll just order them and let my job pay for them. Still haven't heard back from this Paul guy but I imagine he might be a bit busy today...

I just left a vm for Paul, the Marketing Director asking where we could hang it and what the size restrictions are. I'll let you know what he says when I hear back from him.

I do work through my job with a printing company. We do about one million in business every year with them so I am going to ask them first. They may do it for free.

I was thinking of this very exact thing yesterday. I think it is a wonderful idea. I just don't know that I know anyone that can make a sign that big. I will check on it though.

We didn't go to the last game due to birthday party. We will for sure be there.

We won't be. It's my bday weekend and my friends unfortunately don't want to drive to denton and pay money to watch a losing team for my bday bash. So we have decided to do something else. We will be there for the last home game though.

In the morning I flip between Mike&Mike and Kid Kraddick. Afternoons I flip between Galloway and 93.3 or 92.5. I like rock.

They just reshowed it on TBS. I saw a replay earlier but this one showed all of it. It honestly looked to me like FIU started the actual brawl. But the Miami players were fighting way way dirty. Using helmets and stomping and kicking with their cleats.

I just saw a replay about 10 minutes ago in the BAYLOR/UT game. Do you know what started it? I saw the Miami player using his helmet and I watched a whole bunch of Miami players standing in a group around an FIU player, kicking him. They said the guy that used his helmet probably will never wear a Miami jersey again. That kind of behavior is disgusting.
