jamario is the # 2 running back. he lead the nation in rushing. only two NT players ever can say that and they both need to be on that list. I expect Jamario to pass PC this year and take over the # 1 slot.

My wife told me that I deserve to be fined for all the horrible things that I use to do to those meter maids when I was in college. when I think about it I was really creative in coming up with ways to turn their days to s*&t after they made the parking lot in front of greek row all sticker only parking, so I probably do deserve it.

I dont think that we would be favored in any of those games, but a few of those teams are way over-rated due to conference affiliation. I think K-state, mississippi state, and Oregon State are bottom of the barrel in any conference this year and that we would have an excellent chance against them. I also think that Memphis and San Deigo st. are under-rated. maybe... just maybe, I was a little optimistic with my origional statment, but I still think that we are 20-25 places better than #109. thats my opinion and I am sticking with it. I mean it... dont test me again... the end.

the powerd antenas work really well. you can get them at radio shack or circuit city for about 20-30 bucks.

I think that 109 is a little rediculous. I think that a more realistic rating would have us in the 60's-70's. we just get rated so low because we were in last place of the worst conference in D1A football at the end of last year. I thinkt that our team is much better this year and that we will end up ranked much more respectably by the end of the season. our rankings cant get much worse, but they do have room to get alot better.

I would much rather make a $100 dollar donation to the school than pay $60 for the parking ticket.

I recieved a notice in the mail that I had been cited for a parking violation two years ago by the UNT police department. I assume that I was there for a fraternity alumni meeting or somthing. its hard to tell since it was 2 years ago. when I called to talk with them they informed me that I had to pay for the ticket and a late fee for the ticket that I didnt know about. the lady on the phone was very rude and it pissed me off, but I just decided to pay the damn thing to get it over with. unfortunatly they cant take payment. you have to send a money order or actually go to the stupid police office. she advised that if I had to park anywhere on campus that I needed to stop by the police station and get a visitors parking permit. I am sure that most of you are thinking "whats he bitching about, he shouldnt have parked in the parking sticker only lot in the first place", and you are probably right. But I dont care if your right. by making me go get a money order and send it to them they are wasting a significant portion of my time when they should just dismiss the ticket. they need to come up with some other way to handle both issuing and payment of parking tickets. there have to be 10,000 credit card machines at that school and they dont have one in the police office? this whole thing is rediculous and I am upset.

if we can win any out of conference games, we should not lose any sunbelt games. I am all about "build the belt", but realisticly we should not win any OOC games if we lose any sunbelt games. Akron, La Tech, Tulsa, and yes SMU are better than everyone in the belt. I dont like it either but it is a fact. having said that I think we beat SMU and sweep the belt. if we had gotten blown out last year in all our games I would say different, but since we were close last year we should be able to catch and pass them all this year.

I think that the NCAA would be upset if DD overcame Diversity

as a fellow lifetime Dolphins fan I understand your pain. I still have my JR. High Dolphins starter pullover. its going to be a tough road for all of us.

the only QB who has played in a real game and looked like he belonged there is Phillips. Woody may be as good as advertised, but I know that Meager is not. I think Phillips should start untill someone else proves that they can play QB better.

we cant start whining about not being included untill we have a legitimate reason to be included. wheather we are in Texas or not no bowl official wants a team who is going to bring a weak crowd and get beat without putting up much of a fight. do I want to have a bowl tie in with them, of course I do. but whining about it publicly makes us look like the kid that didnt get picked and starts crying in front of everyone. I dont think we should whine. no one will listen anyway. p.s. speaking of crying I got a little teary eyed when Pat scored on a 57 yard screen pass... my wife called me a queer.
