- The field looks great on TV, since I didn't record the NT vs. Troy this is the first I'm seeing it on the tube. - Brandon Jackson was great in this game, with a couple clutch catches and he seems to have good hands and I could see this being a "go to" guy for Meager in the future since he seems to be the short route guy. - Meager looked good as well, with an accurate arm despite the interceptions. There were more catchable balls that recievers (tight ends) dropped. I have no doubts that he will improve, and all the better with DD deciding to go with more of the short routes to give him some confidence. - I don't know if it was my TV or what, but there was a constant annoying flicker with the picture, as if they were having line connection or electrical problems with the broadcast. Anyone else notice that? Other than that, I enjoyed the commentators, at least they can pretend to be excited by a Sun Belt game. - I don't know why, but we looked more competitive on TV. Maybe that was because I was emotionally detached and could just sort of watch objectively but the only area I really had serious concerns for was the D-line. -We were moving the ball on offense and come on - we had 28 points! The defense has got to start making stops and they look a little confused and this was reminiscent of the Air force game, bewildered linebackers not knowing where the heck to be.
