For those who know – will the new SLC coach run a similar system to Dodge? I think where Riley, and maybe Tre, end up depend on their senior seasons. That is, I think many will be looking at it as a question is it the player or the system?

Will he come here? Will he sign with another school to play QB (or another position)? Will he sign elsewhere, only to end up at UNT?

I hope the best player starts regardless of who that is

That Tulsa staffs really going to be able to keep a straight face when they talk to their player about commitment and hanging in when things get tough

Keep in mind the saying (when your sometimes looking for something) –I don’t know exactly what “IT” is, but I’ll know “IT” when I see it. I think TD believes in his system and knows better than anyone (along with his OC and DC) what pieces will fit the puzzle.

Let me say this, if as some are saying the MWC expands I will all but guarantee you that that the Big East would expand in an effort to stay ahead of the MWC. “Dodge-mania” aside how would you rank the current Sun Belt, and I guess MAC teams for 2 or 3 spots? From the Belt we would be competing against Troy, the Florida Schools, and Western Kentucky....

The only way UTEP leaves C-USA is for a move to the MWC. That being said, while there are a lot that would love it there are also a lot of influential people that still hold a grudge for the way the MWC teams broke away from the WAC and the “slap in the face” that many felt UTEP received from a lot of schools that thought were “Old Friends”.

Be careful here - remember there are already 4 Texas teams in C-USA --- Some might say 5 from one state is too many

Let’s see living here on the Border and working in Juarez (where every place takes US dollars) what is the big deal that is being made out of this? Don’t a lot of places along the Canadian border take Canadian dollars? Sorry I could see some people getting pissed if the came out and said “We accept pesos only”, but to take exception otherwise should raise some questions about the reasons behind the objections. The solution is simple – No one if making people go there! On a lighter side – Now people will have a place to get rid of those pesos they have left over after their vacations in Mexico.
