  1. To me this is a glaring issue of his inexperience. I also look at this sort of like when Dodge was allowed to put together such a pathetic staff. When the defense performs the dead last year there should have been a change at coordinator. No way of sugarcoating it or anything else when you finish last in the nation in football on defense there should have been a change.
  2. Again I'm not saying we need to fire coach Morris but there's no need jerk reaction to the fact that we have a pathetic defense. We were the worst defense in football last year. A change at defensive coordinator needs to be made. This change should have been made already.
  3. Maybe we should go with a co-head coach and have one for offense and one for defense😂
  4. Seems we continue to have athletic directors who get mesmerized by the thought of powerful offensives bringing in crowds. Playing good football and winning will increase it attendance. Need to stop saying our goal for #Hit6
  5. Or could it be that a certain head coach at Texas tech is hearing people talking about how there's a hot up and coming potential future coach currently at North Texas and he want to shut the door on that talk quickly.
  6. What's really sad is I'm starting to empathize with the Memphis and UCF fans that feel it is degrading to be in a conference with us.
  7. At this point to sentiment may have gone from do you think tech will really go through with it, too I hope tech doesn't go through with it
  8. Maybe we need to quit talking about how any other school is bad. We need to worry about ourselves and the cluster f that is going on in Denton
  9. Have a feeling StubHub we'll have some really cheap ticket prices
  10. For coaches outside of someone for example like Cobb they are just employs and come and go and for players now it seems fewer and fewer will be staying and they just look at this current school as a temporary place. Do they even care anymore in a game like this or is it just let's get it over and get to the next one. Not really sure if there's a pride factor for your school anymore.

  11. As I mentioned elsewhere I don't think you fire Morris at this point but the defensive coordinator has to go
  12. I'm not saying fire Morris is at this point but the defensive coordinator has to go. If you don't have someone on your staff that can do this for the rest of seasons and you bring someone in. Think about it One of the things about the 335 was it was supposed to help with these air raids down offensive the Big 12 was putting out. This is a defining moment for this program in my opinion whether another generation of fans might be lost.
  13. This is an embarrassment to our university. Eric Morris is not an alum and this is a job for him just like many of the players now who don't really seem to care about the University, other than being a temporary place to play ball. Total embarrassment. This is a type of game to defines for the fan base whether this athletic director is serious about football. I'm not saying go fire everybody but there needs to be examples made in a case like this. If a game like this does not piss you off then you are part of the problem
  14. I'm starting to think that college might be to hold them to less than 80 and less than 800 to 900 yd. This is a total embarrassment to the University of North Texas and it should make any fan pissed off. However I'm sure there's that group out there that good old Eric is trying that will be making their presents known
  15. And this tech team was supposed to be really bad.
  16. Maybe they'll take second half pity on Morris because he's an alum.
  17. I think it becomes a motivational thing. I believe truly the offensive side of the ball understands how piss poor our defense is and pushes too hard and causes stupid mistakes
  18. Dodge did not have anywhere near the staffing and money spent on his program this one does. This defensive performance and this coaching performance are by far worse than anything Dodge did
  19. I comment it last week but I thought tech would put 70 plus on us and got a lot of very negative replies. Guys I want to that drink the Eric Morris Kool-Aid. That jug is empty. For me, at least, hearing about the holistic approach is just as sick and tiring as hearing about all three phases
  20. Maybe people can stop wondering why the hundreds of thousands of UNT alumni no longer care about our football program. Last year was very obvious that Morris didn't have a clue when it came to defense. But that's on our athletic director for hiring someone from the air raid mentality that will promise you good offense. Challenge -please name one air raid team that plays good defense.
  21. Trying to stay as calm as possible but let's please use this as an example of shut the F up when it comes to talking about deserving to be in any type of additional conference.
  22. He has the opportunity to change that after last season when we had the worst defense in football. He stuck with it and maintain what I call the air raid defense mentality from the Leach School. This is on him!
  23. You know I don't know if I'll be able to get frustrated and as involved anymore until we have a head coach that believes in defense. Not worth the frustration to see this stuff over and over. One of the big difference between our coach and the coach at Texas State is the coach at Texas State believes the defense
  24. Not to panic but we're on pace to give up 800 yards
