  1. Just go to www.espn3.com on your computer, and if your internet provider supports it you should be able to watch any of the games for free..just look for North Texas on the front page towards the bottom.
  2. The last time this was brought up I mentioned that Athletics is trying to get the board to approve it....but thats just what someone in concessions told me, so who knows. I for one definitely support selling beer in the stadium. Club Level doesn't count since a lot of the general public can't afford it. I think it would attract more casual fans and obviously bring in more revenue. Suggesting that we illegally sneak in alcohol is a ridiculous solution.
  3. Looks like TuneIn is free on the iphone as well now FWIW.
  4. TuneIn Radio is by far the best option IMO. I think its only 99 cents or so. It even lets you record the audio if you feel so inclined.
  5. I'm with you JRock, when I saw the SMU signs I kinda thought it would've been cool to see some UNT signs down there as well.
  6. Well hopefully we aren't striving to be like UTEP then. If you regulate tailgating we will have even less attendance, guaranteed.
  7. Yeah I was there too...I was the guy who constantly tried to fix the stream for the owner (p.s. thanks for the free beer). Either ESPN3 was having a bad day, or the Rudy's in Denton needs to upgrade their network/stop having an open wifi network for everyone and their mother's iphones to connect to. It was rough.
  8. Yep...nothing in the star telegram
  9. I went to the ticket office today to buy a couple extras in 205 today for family and I was told the tickets were selling well, but "it won't be like the Houston game". My guess would be maybe 22,000? It definitely seemed a lot quieter at the stadium today than it was last time.
  10. Didn't he get us that safety in the FIU game? wth
  11. While I think you're 100% correct on this, can someone explain in short what Dodge failed to do in recruiting? I don't follow the recruiting side of football too closely, but I thought I remembered Dodge picking up a number of 3* players that other big schools were going after. Was it just that he rarely recruited linemen? I'll hangup and listen.
  12. So I heard today Jeremy is wearing a cast on his wrist and is on crutches, and will be getting an MRI tomorrow. Any idea what his injury could be? I remember him coming out of the game but I don't remember him struggling to leave the field.
  13. Can you summarize for those that are unable to listen? Thanks!
  14. I'm afraid to say this...but Osborn looked a lot more comfortable out there.
  15. I'm actually most likely going to watch it at the Rudy's in Denton, or at Apogee stadium. Allen is a bit too far of a drive for me.
  16. Hahah yes! Here's rooting that we'll make it to the Independence Bowl sometime soon.
  17. I don't think you can stream ESPN3 from the wii...unless things have changed it's Xbox360 only, unless you download and pay for PlayOn (haven't personally tried that way yet). As for using your laptop, it's fairly simple...you just need either a vga, dvi, or hdmi out cable from your laptop to hook up to your tv. Most new tv's should accept any of those connections.
  18. You're from Shreveport too? I thought I was the only one. -1 for not being a Saints fan...just kidding
  19. I might be wrong, but I don't believe it will be televised anywhere since it's ESPN3. If you find out differently, let me know (I live in Grapevine). Otherwise I'll either be watching it at Apogee, or on my laptop at home.
  20. I just heard back via twitter that both the suites and club level will be CLOSED.
  21. I've never understood why not to sell beer at college sporting events. If you're going to allow students of age to drink in the parking lot for free, you might as well cash in on them drinking inside.
  22. Concessions will be open.... Anyone know if they'll be playing the game on the tvs on the club level as well?
  23. I heard a rumor that Athletics is trying to get the board to approve selling beer on the regular concourse level.
  24. Great job! +1 for putting it to good music. Edit: UNT needs to hire you to film every game..this video from the Ohio game in 2009 is still one of my favorites to watch despite us losing in the end. A Closer Look: North Texas
