  1. (received this in an email) Krystal in Denton is also temporarily changing its colors as the restaurant on Loop 288 is now serving green eggs and green grits throughout the weekend. Customers will only be able to get regular eggs and grits upon request because, according to Denton franchise owner David Friedman, green is the standard for the weekend. Krystal is just happy to support North Texas and the Mean Green, and just to be a part of the frenzy, Friedman said. I might have to go eat at Krystal tonight and check it out, haha.
  2. I didn't see this posted anywhere, has anyone else listened to this? Watch the video clip on the page..hilarious! http://sports.espn.go.com/ncf/news/story?id=2765424

  4. I was at the Loophole as well. In the area I sat the Mavs game was given priority as far as sound goes. I guess I should've sat elsewhere, doh!
  5. What about the Loophole? Somewhere on the Square or at least Fry would be nice.
  6. Where did you find this? Do you know of anymore on campus? Thanks.
  7. To be fair, the attendance did seem to improve after half-time, but still...very suprised by the turnout. Anyone know the official count?
  8. Here's a picture of the crowd currently..egh http://i171.photobucket.com/albums/u297/th...k/IMAGE_023.jpg
  9. Attendance so far is NOT looking good...Sad
  10. Ill be there.
  11. Oh yeah, my bad..I forgot they were putting another dorm behind the Rec Center. Why would replacing College Inn be a bad idea? That place is a DUMP!!!
  12. I'm assuming you drove past the new Health & Wellness Center, it's been open for a month or so but construction still isn't 100% complete.
  13. As a staff member, I eat there once in awhile..and I actually think the food there is very good. My only complaint is sometimes the entree portions are very small, and you are only allowed one entree per time you enter. Other than that the place is great, the food is much better quality than the other cafeterias. Nice to see some good press about our campus!
  14. Haha..so I was wondering if any students/staff out there who have rec memberships were interested in joining an intramural basketball team? We play Sundays at 6:30 and Thursdays at 7:30, let me know!
  15. I'm down!
  16. Have any of you seen the videos on Rivals of this guy? He's got a nice arm and can run the ball very well! edit: Some interesting information can be found here on the Baylor forums, check it out. http://www.baylorfans.com/forums/showthread.php?t=118077
  17. I agree, Why can't we just combine the two and make THAT official?
  18. I guess we should all wear black to the home opener since we're not allowed to be excited until we win a game.
  19. Thanks for the congrats Playmaker! Good to hear the cast was for surgery and not an additional injury that we weren't aware of. I can't wait to see how JQ does in the NFL!
  20. I've heard from a reliable source that most of the players are very excited about Dodge coming here.
  21. Wooo, I can now say I graduated with Johnny Quinn!! I saw he was wearing a cast on his foot, hope its nothing too bad. I'm going to miss that guy.
  22. I think he'll stay until he gets the job done properly. If his son ends up going here *crosses fingers* then I would think he'd at least stay until Riley graduates.
