  1. I'm done with J-ho. Dude has completely lost his basketball IQ. How often does he have the ball in his hands when the shot clock goes off? We all know b-ball players smoke weed in the offseason..... great idea bragging about it in the middle of your worst playoff slump ever. F-ing moron. God I feel terrible for Dirk. How do you win a playoff series when your best teammate is a total f-ing ass? It doesn't help when your coach just keeps forcing minutes on a totally ineffective Stack and Josh. I'm not saying Wright or anyone else on the bench is great, but in the second quarter when they were still in it he just keeps forcing Stack into the game. If you ask me, Bass needs to start at the 3 next game...... if only to wake up J-Ho's sorry weed smoking ass. My heart goes out to Dirk and Cuban.
  2. Loved it. If you have Verizon cable you can get it On Demand.
  3. Yea.... everyone loves having the track surrounding the field, right? It gives our cheerleaders plenty of room to hand out. Not to mention it being a perfect place for the guys with North Texas flags to run after scores....
  4. I don't often disagree with you're (usually spot on) opinions, but do you not think that the fact that Dale brings up his personal vendetta with Jerry every time he discusses the Cowboys completely taints whatever stance he may take? With his line of reasoning he can never lose. If they do well, it obvious that they should have done so. Whenever they come up short, it's because of the same Jerry heavy handiness that got his ass fired. How can he lose with this line of reasoning? As far as Dale is concerned, anyone in the DFW market that disagrees with him has a flawed way of thinking (case in point The Ticket.) When are people going to wake up and realize that the only time of the year that Dale's worth watching is when he rolls out Thank God For Kids?
  5. Blowhard Unplugged. "He had me fired the day after I quit." Can that ass say one thing about the Cowboys without mentioning this? You're walking out? Well shut up!!
  6. The Cowboys only have 2 running backs under contract, one of them is garbage, and the article seemed to mention that the Cowboy's had been in some kind of contact with him. If he was a practice squad guy for the Cowboys next year I'd be in the market for a new Jersey.
  7. I think things might go better for the MAVS on Friday. I heard Del Harris called and gave Avery somethings to think about after Game 2.
  8. I heart Brett Vito
  9. No, but you'd have to assume Jerry knows something that we don't about the situation.
  10. I'd say this game did it. Wouldn't be surprised if tomorrow's his last game. I thought for sure he'd last longer than Avery.....
  11. In other SMU news June Jones has been fighting a nasty case of diarrhea, most likely stemming from a recent trip to the notorious local eatery J. Pepe's.
  12. Every team needs spares, and there's some decent spares on that list, but there's no legitimate 2nd/3rd guy there.
  13. Other than Yao, who'll I agree to disagree on, give me the name of a guy you'd call "good talent." All I can come up with are complete spares.
  14. Hot sports prediction: Avery and Ron Washington will share the spotlight & shame when they are each fired on March 3rd.
  15. I'm not sure why I'm defending him, I don't really like McGrady, but I'd put him at a level right below Kobe. Look what Kobe did after Shaq left, no talent, miss the playoffs, and get knocked out in the 1st round a couple years in a row. Now with talent, he's the #1 MVP candidate. T-Mac has a dude named Scola, a playground baller, an old Bobby Jackson, and an even older Mutombo. I think Yao's a great piece, but geez, why not give T-mac even a little help? I don't know what you see in Yao to call him dominant. He's good for sure. Better than most 7"5 and up guys. But he's always going to be injury prone, you can't be that big and play minutes like he does. I don't watch the Rockets that much, but when I have I can't recall ever seeing a game and thinking that Yao was dominating. All that being said, I hate the Rockets and hope T-Mac never makes it out of the first round.
  16. I'd say that it's a no brainier that I'd want McGrady over Yao. McGrady's proven himself to be one of those very rare guys that can take a game over at any moment. Sadly he's never had any talent at all around him. Nothing about Yao scares me. He is probably the most polished of the 7"5 and above guys ever in this league, and a great commodity to have on a team, but I don't see him getting any better.
  17. Replace Robin Ventura with John Daniels in that video clip and I'd say Nolan's earning his Ranger's paycheck.
  18. That sneaky piece of $#@%.
  19. NO has never won a game in Dallas. I say that holds and Dallas takes it in six. That, of course, is dependent on at least two of the Jet/J-Ho/Stack trio waking up and contributing anything at all. If J-Ho's going to continue being content to hoist up bricks from the perimeter, whats stopping Avery from giving a couple of those minutes to Bass at the 3?
  20. Has anyone seen anywhere what he likes about UNT? Are there any signs that point to JJ actually landing this guy? I'm not trying to be a negative nellie here but, is there really any reason for me to get my hopes up on this guy?
  21. My guess is that Ricky V. has been playing around on the Wiki.
  22. At this pace....... Wash is gone by June 1st. Followed shortly by Little John.
  23. Leave it to a dirty Spurs fan......
  24. She sky is falling! She sky is falling! She sky is falling! She sky is falling! It's a 7 verses 2 amd the top seed won the first game on their home floor. Mavs in 6.
