1. It landed!!!! It landed!!!!!
2. You do realize that the Legends Reno-Tahoe Open is a PGA tour stop, not a SR's tour stop right? This is the tournament which this entire thread was begun over. I realize its a lame argument, but Hunter can't go play with the gitls because it's the LadiesPGA... The PGA is ambiguously left open to all professionals.
3. Just stick with the RIP Fouts design and nothing on the back, unless sponsors appear, and I'll take two.
4. Why is that? All Jack really did was play the exact same style of Joker as Caesar. I'd say a vote for Jack is silly.
5. If they want better ratings maybe they could try playing topless. Because of that very ploy....I'm changing my vote to this sweetheart. <param name="movie" value=" name="allowFullScreen" value="true"><embed src=" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowfullscreen="true" width="425" height="344">
6. I don't know about Annika, every time I look at her I always think......possible mustache? I'm sticking with Natalie Gulbis
7. I'd say that Colin Cowherd takes a dump on local radio.
8. Dodge should be wearing Mean Green face paint on dates.
9. Great interview...... but why not wear green?
10. She does seem like a classy lady.... I'd settle for topless.
11. So you're the guy that was on Facebook touting the new Mean Green message board. What happened to meangreennation.com?
12. My post wasn't directed towards you, and I realize you didn't fault Michelle. As far as I'm concerned giving Wie a sponsor's exemption is the same as giving it to John Daily. You say you don't remember Tiger acting this way. How is she acting? If you're referring to her tantrums on the golf course then Tiger still acts that way. We all know Tiger is total greatness, but after a bad shot he's the biggest baby on the tour, cursing on national TV, slamming cubs against the ground, or throwing them at his caddie. As far as Tigers parents go, you might want to do some research on Earl. Now that he's passed on he's spoken of as a wonderful man who instilled an attitude of perseverance into his son. When he was still around it was quite the opposite. Tiger had his youth stolen in just the same way as Michelle, only without the $$$$$$.
13. I'm not sure how you fault Wie here. To us golf is a game, but to her it's a career. Given she's nowhere near the best female golfer in the world, but because of the path she/her parents have chosen she is among the wealthiest and most well known. The tournaments she enters are either put on by on of her sponsors or so spare that they need any boost possible to gain attention....or both. Sure, in a perfect world she would just say "Screw the money and exposure. At this point in my career I need to forgo fame and fortune in order to hone my skills by playing exclusively on a tour that 90% of sports fans couldn't care less about." She's exactly the same as every athlete that leaves college before their skill set warrants it. It's all about money.
14. Did someone say Johnny Cash?
15. SHHH... Trust me, if you ask to see it it will only become further from your grasp. It's best just to pray every night that in the morning it will appear.
16. While I am in no way disagreeing with any perspective offered by a Veteran of the War in Iraq, I have a first cousin that is home on injury leave that would seem to rather harshly disagree. I would probably just have to assume that it's a case of "different strokes for different folks."
17. I can't believe this one hasn't been brought up yet but Okie Noodling is an absolute must see. I first saw it about three years ago on PBS, then BaD Radio brought it back to my attention a couple weeks ago with a mention that Okie Noodling II is soon to come out. I experienced "Hand Fishin," as my crazy great uncle John from Thackerville called it, first hand at the age of nine. My uncle had just wrestled a channel cat, that in reality probably wasn't as big as I remember it, to the surface and I decided to grab it right in the center of its back when he handed it to me. Next thing I know my palm is burning like crazy and I'm getting a switch from mu uncle for losing his trophy. Really though, if you've not seen it Okie Noodling will not disappoint.
18. I may be having a conversation with myself here, but damn Greg Norman was spectacular today. I never thought I'd say it but I actually wish Tiger was playing just to see how the Shark's game would hold up alongside him. So much for the Norman/Duval final pairing....... Anyone not watching this is missing out on something pretty special. Remember when the "Golden Bear" made a his run to win the 1986 Masters at the age of 46. The man he stormed past was Greg Norman. Now at the age of 53 the Shark is looking to win the first major he's even entered in the last 4 years. I'm not sure if I think he'll do it, but the way he's driving the ball I really wouldn't be surprised.
19. I'm not in the mood to get back into the heart of this discussion because I'm pretty sure everything that could possibly be said already has, but.........I would support the elimination of Pit Bulls at the Denton City Dog Park. I was out there earlier this week when a man came strolling up with two gnarly looking pits, one slightly limping and both walking in the submissive manner that suggests abuse. It didn't take long for my Aussie and I to make a bee line for the exit.
20. Crossing my fingers for a final day paring of any two of these three, Greg Norman, David Duval, and Rocco.
21. Gagree
22. I love the Shark. I hope the guy is able to hang around til the weekend. Think I might treat myself to a bottle or two of his finest tonight as a tribute to his greatness.
23. You can find them at NT (Bookstore.)
24. I'll watch just about any final round coverage if it's close, but for me there's no better (offseason) entertainment than the world's best struggling around a course that I couldn't break 130 on. That coupled with the chance to see more than Tiger, Tiger montages, and commentators talking about Tiger, has me kinda pumped about the British this year. Plus The Shark in the hunt.......through ten holes! Refreshing live updates on a computer screen has never been so exciting.
25. Huh...... Great idea.
