It was great to see in this morning's DMN newspaper that a full page was devoted to the Mean Green football team!

As an U of Iowa graduate, I see no problem in you mentioning the greatest Hawkeye and Mean Green Coach ever in Coach Fry on this board!

Hopefully we can at least find a plentiful supply of Nike gear at the Apogee Mean Green Store.

The team hotel is the Houston Marriott South at Hobby Airport.

LSU....No interest in going there. KState....Tickets purchased and hoping for an upset or at least a competitive game like 2010. FAU....Not making the trip this year but great memories of a fun time and an exciting victory in 2010. HOUSTON...Tickets purchased and looking forward to going into their house for a payback for last year. MUTS....Will be there to celebrate the victory in downtown Nashville. Good to see Clarke's first two shots were made threes.

I bought the TMitch T Shirt last winter but that is all I have seen since that time. I was in Sports Authority in Lewisville yesterday. Amongst the countless OU, UT, T A&M and TCU merchandise were four white very mediocre looking Nike Apogee Stadium T Shirts but only in Medium and Large sizes.

He's probably going to say that he is very worn out from Coach Wintrich's workout and will be very sore tomorrow!

The road schedule featuring three teams with combined 36-5 records in 2011 starts us behind the eight ball. I foresee either a 5-7 or 6-6 record in 2012 with finishing in the middle of the Sun Belt pack. A little easier 2013 non conference schedule of Army and Ball State at home with Georgia and Ohio on the road should be a good start for us going into CUSA which I also feel will be DMac's break out season. On a side note....it is irritating once again to see below the Sunbelt article the "Ranking All 124 Stadiums" article.....I have been to ULM, FIU, Ball State, WKU, Ark St, Rice, Troy, Southern Miss, SMU, Northwestern and UTSA's stadiums.....Apogee is far superior than all those venues ranked higher than our great palace.

I really enjoyed listening to Coach Peterson.....I have not followed women's basketball before but he has me fired up to start going to their games!

It was nice to be able to sit in the shade at Clemson on a hot day plus we were able to look head on towards the other end zone for the Howard Rock Tradition before the start of the game. We also sat in the end zone at Army. Great enviroment and view no matter where you sit.

I was in attendance that evening at the Iowa Fieldhouse when Hayden made that proclamation. 14 bowl games including three Rose Bowls over the next 20 seasons very much proved that Coach Fry made an accurate prediction!

Former North Texas long snapper Troy Kokjohn has volunteered to do the chains.
