Since word on the street was that the Davis' sat out last week due to Covid, I have been waiting on this announcement. Totally saw this one coming.

I also work in a school. And due to contact tracing, 10 cases have put about 200 students in quarantine on my campus.

I’d guess it’s a COVID casualty. They wouldn’t want the cameramen and stuff on the sidelines with potential exposure to players. Although, I hope I’m wrong. I did enjoy it each week. Hope they can put something else together as a recap.

I think it’s worse than that. I think that’s the number of people that have made donations/purchases to even have priority points for the university.

Since these kids are getting a free extra year of eligibility, does that mean Mason can come back this year for one final year? 😂

It's quite possible that whatever seats the season ticket holders do not buy end up going to the students. The students pay a lot in athletic fees every year. They should be given access to a lot of tickets before they go on sale to the general public. And I would think they would have the numbers to fill up whatever seats aren't paid for by season ticket holders. If this happens, it could also create a little supply/demand issue for seats. It's an interesting plot twist. 🤔

Lower bowl will be 25%. Hub Club will be 50%. And masks must be worn at all times in Apogee. People will be contacted in order of priority points accumulated about moving their seats to be socially distanced. That about sums it up. But I may have skipped over something.

Since season ticket holders got the email today that we all knew was coming, what are you planning on doing this year?

I've seen Steve Austin lay down some pretty big hits too. Just wasn't on the football field.

Are the MAC and Mountain West seeing any of this last minute transferring happen? Certainly they have players worthy enough to play at some other lowly school like SMU.

If I remember correctly, they’ve said we’ll have 3 options. 1. consider it a donation to the program and forget about it. 2. apply the funds towards next years tickets, which will probably be more expensive in an effort to recoup some lost income. 3. Request a refund. I'm assuming none of this applies to the MGSF donation part of the season ticket purchase. I think that part will be non refundable.

Reportedly Big12 and ACC are on the fence. Big12 is meeting with health officials today at 5 pm. SEC is holding out, which is odd since it spans the area that seems to cover many of the current hotspots.
