A source close to the situation is stating that UNT commit Jordan Williams is leaving The Colony early next week and will enroll at Dallas Kimball. Williams is being asked to leave because he doesn't reside in the district. He evidently resides in the DISD and will enroll at Kimball. UNT Target Jalen Jones is rumored to have already transferred to Kimball from Mansfield Timberview (pending Timberview approval) With Williams and Jones joining 6-8 Jarion Henry, Kimball should shoot right up to the preseason #1 in the state.

Outstanding shootout @ Cowboys Stadium tonight against Denton Guyer and OSU commit J.W. Walsh. The few times I've seen Jackson I never came away thinking he was a serious D1 recruit. I've changed my mind after seeing him 2 weeks in a row. More impressed with Lovett Gipson (WR) of Cedar Hill than Guyer's WR (Gardner) Cedar Hill wins an OT thriller 42-41. DeSoto's Ryan Polite (QB) is playing now against Arlington Bowie.

Why? Don't like Bohannan either. All these guys are too soft at the D1 level. Like Kyser's shot blocking ability though.

In ineligibility News: As reported by TheTastyGreek, KC Ross-Miller will not be eligible at LSU and is likely JUCO bound, Titus Rubles never signed an LOI and will attend JUCO. Another player confirmed as having issues with GA being unaccredited is Louisiana Tech signee Jamison Sterns who apparently got a credit from GA. Former Dallas Pinkston star and Missouri signee Tony Mitchell is searching JUCO's and will not be eligible at Missouri this fall. Big 12 signee Cameron Clark's, (OU/Sherman HS)eligibility for the fall is still up in the air. Baylor signee Bakari Turner, who did not play basketball last year at Plano West, did not qualify. A very good friend of national recruit Perry Jones (Baylor/Duncanville High) is expected to enroll at Blinn JC.

According to a source not a fan of God's Academy: "No one has ever had credits accepted from God's Academy. No one. Now, there have been some who only needed to have a higher test score and did so, while playing hoops there, but they were not getting tutoring there. One in particular was still going back to Duncanville High to get help from real teachers. There were no classes, certified teachers, or classes going on at GA. None. They may have attempted some online correspondence courses. On another note, Tim's daughter did not qualify for D1 either. 2 underclassmen who left GA and returned to regular public schools lost a year of eligibility and got no credits. GA was a sham and everyone knew it. It is bad enough that he did this to his own kids, but others' kids suffered too. Basically, it is close to breaking the law. You cannot present yourself as a doctor and do operations without a license. One would think he would be liable to kids who were not his own. KC and others deserved better"

Williams said that he is one of a few top players in the Dallas area talking about coming to UNT together. Doesn't bode well for Avery Redmon!

Just a few tidbits about this list. 29 & 35 have UNT offers as well. Jordan Williams (9)transferred to the Colony before the 09-10 season. Many have him higher than Nash. Crump (16) is rumored to play at Woodrow Wilson in the fall. Space (11) will probably be in the top 3 by November as he has shooting guard skills at 6-8. Jarion Henry of Kimball is not even listed (Maybe #1 and Tony Mitchell's equal last year). Dillard was offered by UNT last year. Not in the DFW, but Terran Petteway 6-5 SG of Galveston Ball is #1 on my wish list of the kids offered by UNT. (Was very impressed with him in Duncanville)

My youngest son graduated earlier today. Also graduating was George. JJ was on hand as other proud parents.

Hadn't seen the Youtube video. Ok, the hitch was not as apparent on these clips. Games against Duncanville, Skyline, Cedar Hill and Tyler John Tyler.

Seen him several times. Liked Javia Hall much better. Has an ugly hitch in his throws. Lacks consistency. John Tyler game comes to mind. Led DeSoto to the 7 on 7 finals this summer. Should be on YouTube somewhere.
