Just figured that out. This is stupid. Why is this game on FCS anyway? UNT @ Tulane should be on Fox Southwest. ECU @ MTSU should be on a different channel. If this game was available on pay per view, I'd buy it, but I'm not buying the whole sports package just for a game or two.

NT 34 Tulane 27 I don't think the game will be as close as this score. I see Tulane getting some trash points late in the 4th after the game is decided.

Directv has the game listed as TBA at this point, but it will be on 21. I set the DVR.

What a great game. DT played near perfect. Lee was a monster in the secondary, and Chancellor was solid as always. Congratulations to all the players. Several made great plays that impacted the game. Aside from the early mistakes, our team was clicking. Also. lets hear it for the crowd. They really got into the game when the mean Green needed them down the stretch. I thought it was loud.

I don't think he is accurate. Our WRs are getting hung out to dry. If he keeps throwing off his back foot, we are going to lose some WRs for the season. I don't think he throws well on the run either. Just my opinion.

How did we get into this situation? We all knew after last season that we had to get better play from the QB position this season. How could we be in this spot again? I think we have made improvements at all the other positions. Why couldn't the coaches improve our QB position? I can't understand it.

No "Thoughts" on our passing game?

I hope Idaho can find a way to win this game. I feel bad for them. It must be very hard to be a Idaho fan.

The heat would nix it for me. I'd rather watch the game in my recliner while I enjoy some wonderful AC. I loved being at the game last week, but it was hot other there.

I have Verizon Fios and can watch ESPN3 on my laptop. I just run an HDMI cable to my T.V. My problem is that I can't expand the picture to full screen on ESPN3. Anyone else have this issue? Or know how to fix it?

Brelan Chancellor showed last night why he could be an All Conference WR again. He had 6 receptions for 135 yards, including an 85 yard touchdown catch. Chancellor also had 111 yards returning kicks and a 62 yard punt return. By the end of the night Brelan had posted 283 all-purpose yards. I think he should be on the short list for C-USA Player of the Week honors.

I'm ready for some Mean Green Football!!!

I was down at the stadium today looking for Mean Green shirts for some of my co-workers, and there was a steady stream of students picking up their tickets. I think the students will show up tomorrow.

With so many new starters at Tulsa, I wish we had them early in the season before their team really starts learning how to play together.

I talked to Orr for a minute at the Kick Off event. What a nice guy. I thought the other players in the clip really represented North Texas well too. I think this new show will go a long way towards showing Texas and the surrounding states what kind of players choose North Texas, and what the college experience as a North Texas student athlete is like. Five years ago, I never would have dreamed UNT would have a show like this on T.V. I hope it is an annual series.

It is officially game week. My coffee tastes better this morning. The sky looks more blue, and football will be here very soon. I think I'll gather and clean my tailgating gear this afternoon. I can't wait for Saturday to get here. I see a 45-10 North Texas win coming. Go Mean Green!
