i think riley is out...he was back at the hospital last night becuase of his concussions....he had two 2 weeks ago one in the rice game and 1 2 days later in pratice...he is still feeling the effects i think...

you do not know what your talkign about...not trying to be mean, but when i took the 1st stadium tour with RV a few weeks ago...he told the group thier is several companies in the running for the $30 million corporate sponsership but he doesnt wanna go that way if we can get enough alumni donations....but thier are companies willing to put up the money...and they will if we need them.

the other problem is that the schedule is made 3-5 years in advance, i was talking to RV about this a few weeks ago after the tulsa game...when he scheduled them, they were bad and of course by the time they played us they were real good...plus get use to the bodybag games....were playing in Alabama next year

lately the volleyball and soccer games have been the same time....and we have been going to volleyball games....including tonight against SMU....but i will see if we can get more people out to the soccer games...

he is my resident....BIG dude...also a very nice guy but am sure can be a mean SOB on the football field

im a student....and thier was alot more students their then i qould have ever thought for an 0-4 team...but considering most left at half ( i stayed the whole game) i have a feeling thier wont be many students thier next week....and our stadium vote is taking a big hit, not becuase of the AD or wrong info...but because our team isnt winning....students only look at the record ( even though they shouldnt)

all the redshirts where them also...the entire team does...

its really hard for this stadium vote to pass when we play like we did tonight...i know many people who are Pro-athletics who said after tonight they are not going to vote yes for a stadium when we cant even be competative...which sucks becuase it should have nothing to do with our record but thats how students think!...im now offically depressed

I saw the Meat Puppets ( the old heavey metal/rock band from the 80's who just made a comback) thier in september of 07...good place...kinda dingy but not bad....not much parking at all...

when we did the fouts tour last week, we saw how it is almsot impossible to do a tv brodcast thier....thats one reason we need a new stadium

The Talons got mad when Victory Pound beat them to thier seast for the tulsa game " we always sit first row on the 50" but Victory Pound got thier first and we showed the talons how to really cheer....the talons are really a sad sack now....they hardly stand and chher or anything....the only thing they were doing was ringing the bell....but they get thier seats back this weekend as we couldnt see the game from the first row....so were moving up about 10 rows lol....

Victory Pound will be thier and we have our own student tailgating tent that athletics gave us!

UNT 31 FIU 21 I am drinking a crap load of green koolaid but it think our defense will come out fired up and our offense will finally find its grove... 22,365 in the stands!

i do...but the students seem to only care about one thing....the W....I keep stressing that we need the stadium becuase ours is falling apart....but the students want wins and wont support a team that doesnt win...im trying and i wont stop...ill keep preaching on and praying that this passes! i wont give up......

what scares me is i live in the dorm with all the football players, and the ones i talked to on friday said that we will beat rice and that this was the best week of pratice they had all season....if thats true and they put THAT kind of effort into last nights games, then im scared to see whats to come. ALSO i want a new stadium bad but i keep telling people to vote for the new stadium and that our team is getting better (havent proved that to me yet) but its getting real hard to sell the stadium to students when they see us at 0-4 and lossing 77-20 to RICE! im gonna keep trying but im becoming more worried....
