i really love the financial commitment that our AD is putting into sports, really refreshing to seeing our sports getting the funding they need. congrats to JJ and company.

yes i think we would average close to 4,000 to see our guys on their "last hurrah" .....smu's attendence is pathetic just like their school...and it makes me giggle.

Totally agree Harry, it is such a great feeling actually having confidence in your Head Coach and that he knows what he is talking about. I wasnt here for DD but honestly after a while Dodge started feeling like a used car salesman. i liked what he was saying but i just didnt believe it...with coach mac i believe everything he says because he has seen and done it all.

Im kinda wondering, does the coach know what he is doing? does this staff have any clue what special teams are??? and what about QB....i really think we are in trouble....

TT should have gotten Tourney MVP even in our loss....MVP should go to the best player on the court, not just the best player on the team who wins...and though bozeman had a hell of a tourney also and hit the winning shot....TT broke 5 tournament records....he should have won IMO

Thank you seniors. you were my first group to see play north texas basketball when i came on campus in 07. to me you are the only NT basketball i know, and will be sad that i dont have the prilvige to see you play one more time. Their has been the highest of highs and the lowest of lows...but yall have always been their ready to play your asses off for the team name on the front. for that i thank you more then you could ever know.

Hey All...im looking into driving down from Northwest Arkansas to hot springs tomorrow to watch our team and i was wondering which hotels are close to summit arena and if any are cheap...still on a college budget even though i have been graduated for 2 months lol... just want to know the locations becuase i dont want to get stuck with a hotel 6 miles away lol ....thanks! Am i the only one who thinks little rest going into the tourny, even with a beat up team, is better then taking a week off. I always hate when teams have a week off then have to play 4 games in 4 days or 3 in 3. I was nervous last year when we did it and i think we had rust when we almost lost to ULM in the tourny. I think its better to face a team like FAU after they have had a week off while we have been playing games, maybe im just nuts, but to me even though this team is beat up its coming off of two wins and just having played on tuesday should be ready for saturday. Im ready for the Tourny! Go Mean Green!
