    Dont feel bad...im a bandwagon rangers fan...even wearing a rangers shirt right now during the game. Im terribly pissed off at the red soxs ownership for the way they trashed francona as he left town and really almost dont care about the team right now...which is about impossible for me.

    This has to be one of the biggest coaching hires in the history of north texas....when have we EVER pulled a head coach, from a power 6 conference, with a + .500 winning precentage and coming off a 20 win season in any sport? i sure as heck cant remember that.... totally awesome hire.

    It's not all about money, Unlike SMU we are not in a huge rebuild situation and were not in an incredible basketball conference. This team next year should win the belt and me a 27-5 type team like middle...we have a 10,000 seat arena, the metroplex, texas recruting and a loaded roster...no reason we cant get most quality coaches.

    this is the most important peice of news today...i love jj but losing tony would do more harm to this program then anything else.

    i like forrest...but his he what we really want right now? why does everyone assume we will lose all our players if he goes with johnny? im really just curious...i seem to not have inside knowledge like some.

    If the players cant and dont want to handle what mac and this staff throw at em....then i dont want em around here either. I have full belief that this staff will coach the kids that WANT to be at north texas to the highest level and will have them competitive come the fall.
