    It appears the defense is struggling like they did last year. They do fine for some plays and then look like a high school team with people running through arm tackles. Hopefully it will get better.

    I wish they would change it to one "portal" transfer and then if you want to transfer again, you sit out a year like it used to be.

    If the defense could just tackle, it would be an improvement. At that time you could worry about a scheme. You can have the best plan in the world, but if you can't tackle, you will not win games.

    I thought smu was talking about going to the Pac 12. If the more important schools leave the conference, does that really help the pony?

    If Hodge doesn't take the job I think it would be a no brainer to try to get Scott Cross. While at UTA, he kicked our A$$ on a regular basis. He also had success beating some of the bigger programs.

    Why would Gary Patterson want this job? If he wants to be a head coach again, I would think he could go to a major conference.

    Most schools do it and it is not a secret. NCAA rules will only allow the team and staff at the game, and no stats or reporting happens.
