Van Malone coached at NT a few years ago but I do not think he stayed to long.

We had a cornerback coach a few years ago by the name of Van Malone but I don't believe he stayed for the whole season. This guy was kept by some team who recently fired their coach.

I have heard about this "meet me in the parking lot" but what lead up to this?

That right they fired the recent coach from UCLA and that means that the new coach brings in a totally new staff. I forget those things.

They fired the AD from Hawaii on Tuesday.

Why would he want to go back to NT if he probably makes more money at UCLA and the prestige of a winning team that has been to bowl games recently?
