If you're talking football, we'd finish dead last in every BCS conference, and in the bottom 1/4 of the non-BCS conferences for a long time. Basketball we could become more competitive more quickly due to the facility we have.

Bad. It looks like half a high school football stadium facing a generic baseball field with no special landscaping or anything to set it apart. I know there'll be a billion "oh my god, how can you complain, it's free" posts as there always are, but just because it's free doesn't mean it shouldn't look nice. I don't see anything that even makes this look like any ballpark I've ever seen, college, minor or pro. Hopefully it was just a quick mockup and not the direction they're heading, but I don't see why that would be the case.

That baseball stadium looks like ass.
