  1. July 30-2011 shows he committed to UNT on visit, Oct 10, 2012 shows NT lands Louisiana Standout Rivals currently shows him committed to Tulane on Oct 10-2012 OLB Harvey, Louisiana, Helen Cox HS, 3*, 6-3, 235, 4.54 OldTimer
  2. Is I-35 free to travel through Denton or is it still a problem on the overpass construction? OldTimer
  3. It has appeared that NT has not been looking for JC transfers but this latest offer shows the above JC Garrett is OT, and a soph at Trinity Valley CC, 6-8, 285, 2* other offers show Louisiana and Texas San Antonio.
  4. Last year we recruited 2 major transfers...both originallly 4 * players Cam Feldt from Arkansas OL 6-5, 290, 4* Marcus Trice DB from Oklahoma 4* Current year" RB Reggie pegram from Purdue 2* 6-0, 211, 4.54 Current year" WR Darius Terrell from University of Texas 4* 6-2, 213, 4.55 Hopefully the CUSA status will help in recruiting but if we keep on getting bonified 4* players we can really build a better team.
  5. It is my understanding that Buyers signed with air Force 2011, then transferred to UNT. HE's not on the current roster...could be he tranferred to NT then graduated?
  6. Thanks for the information. good reason why he evidently will not attend UNT.
  7. 1. I can believe that Kaydon Kirby OC from Flower Mound has committed to UNT if it has been reported in the Lewisville FM section of the DMN. Does anyone have a link to this commit ....I haven't been able locate it or a different source? 2. WR Javonte Sneed , Seffner Fl Armwood had an offer from NT buthe committed to Southern Alabama. now I have found where he has decommitted from Southern Alabama per http://247sports.com/Player/Javonte-Sneed-13740. What I haven't been able to locate where Smeed wound up (2012)....is it possible NT has him? or a link to another school?
  8. It's my understanding that this QB prospect committed to the Air Force Academy.
  9. I hope you are correct that just makes our OL players even better.
  10. I have limited this review to current year recruiting...not considering current returning players at OL/DL Don't want to get concerned at this time dispite the SMU transfers: OL OG Ryan Rentifro, Marcus HS, 6-4-282 OC OC Boone Feldt, Hays Hs, 6-3-276...3* OT Connor Trussell Arlington Martin 6-5-285-5.5 Plus a transfer that will have to redshirt this year 4*HS Cam Feldt, Pilot Point, 6-5 290 DL DT Sir Calvin Wallace, Tyler Chapel Hill 6-2,300 DT Dylan McDorman, Wichita Fall 6-2, 300 I have left off DE's which would include Mustaf Haboul, Arlington Martin. Considering our losses in the OL to SMU I take this years recruiting is still very good, especially on the OL position. If anyone wants to add returning OL, DL current players feel free to do so.
  11. I'm not clear on this line, is this whole thing a Joke?...If the SMU board actually posted our recruits and is asking their members to contact these commitments and recruit them for SMU isn't that a violation of NCAA rules? OLDTIMER
  12. Todays BB game tonight will be shown on Channel 21 in the FT Worth area
  13. The article above only covers passing info...His Jr. and Sr stats shows 212 rushes for 1,356 yds and 11 TD's. An excellant article on Je'rod http://eagletalk.net/2011/12/06/evans-impressed-with-north-texas.aspx
  14. Campbell doesn't show our 2 transfers nor our latest commitment Dequarius Johnson CB from Iowa Western..as least per original campbell info date.
  15. A lot of NT's feeling about SMU date back to SMU preventig NT from joing CUSA...to the extent the SMU President lobbied other CUSA presidents to kill a move for NT to move into CUSA.
