I’m so tired of losing to WKU. We need to fight back into this game.

Same halftime deficit as last time.

We are very close to digging a whole too deep to get out of.

The WKU women played earlier and I took a look at the crowd. Western has a smaller than usual crowd here. Will be overwhelmingly green.

Not surprising. Rice hasn’t lost since mid December.

Down 11 going into the fourth. Going to take a semi miracle at this point. We are playing hard.

11am Thursday. Big opportunity. Rice is very, very good.

Quoting myself here. Looks like it was more like the last 1.5 quarters we were throughly dominated.

Last time we played rice we had them beat pretty badly after 3 quarters. Then we lost very badly in the last quarter. They are actually beatable. But not with the game we played today.

Tough to beat a team 3 times in a season. I think we get the best of them in Frisco.

Barring some sort of miraculous comeback in Miami our two teams are heading into the conference tournament on a combined 10-game losing streak.

Does anyone know if Woolridge is expected to be healthy by conference tournament time?

Three seasons in a row for McCasland with these bad late season slumps. Becoming a trend. Not sure why. But it’s happening. Injuries have not helped.

The seeding for the tournament doesn’t even matter at this point. No team in the conference is unbeatable. The problem is we are just about out of time to right the ship ahead of the tournament. We will just have to hope it comes out of nowhere like the CBI.
