  1. Here is the full rundown: Matt Simon (1994-1997) - Currently the head coach at Gilmour Academy near Cleveland, Ohio. He also teaches 7th grade PE... Dennis Parker (1991-1993) - Was the head coach at Texas Lutheran Univerisity, but resigned after the 2009 season. His overall record at TLU was 6-23. Corky Nelson (1982-1990) - The last HC job I can find for him is an assistant coaching position at Mary Hardin Baylor. After he left NT, his next job was as a HC of Seguin High School. Bob Tyler (1981) - Left NT after one season to coach Northwest Mississippi Community College. From 1992-1996 he was the director of Mississippi State Parks & Wildlife. His last coaching job was at Millsapps College, and he retired in 2002. Jerry Moore (1979-1980) - Left NT to coach TT for five years. He has been the HC at Appalachian State since 1989 and has won 3 FCS National Championships. Hayden Fry (1973-1978) - Went to Iowa and became a Hall of Famer. All other former coaches have passed away.
  2. Was that supposed to be read in the voice of the guy that does the ESPN 30 for 30 commercials?
  3. I would love to play in this!
  4. These averages are up to date through the SBC play last weekend. Western is still in the lead, but their crowds are getting smaller, and they have dropped below 5k. The overall SBC average is 2450. It is going to be very interesting to see what happens to these averages once we have a good sample of data from SBC conference games. It also appears that WKU is going to win the winter holiday attendance, propelled by their sell out crowd against Louisville. It is important to note that two schools did not report attendances from their Saturday games, F-Gay-U, and Louisiana-Mon-HOE. Yes, they get nicknames for this week for not reporting their attendances. They must have been low enough to where they just didn't bother. What I did was look at their current attendance trends and averages, along with some pictures I saw, and estimated a crowd of 1033 for ULM (their average), and 800 for FAU (a little below average). So for now, both of their averages, along with the away averages of Denver and ASU are affected by these estimations. Enjoy!
  5. Thanks guys! I really appreciate it. It actually was a really good day...my girlfriend wanted to take me out to dinner because of my birthday...where did we go? The Pourhouse for the basketball coaches show!
  6. The weekend of December 18, 2010. Vito Blog - UNT Lands Wright
  7. I have not been a huge fan of the wingzone in the past, but the view from the wingtip is actually pretty cool...and may actually be closer to the field than the front row endzone seats at Fouts.
  8. Ronnell, you made a committment and you did not honor it, so you are a quitter. Have fun living in a town where everyone is related and the most popular name is cletus.
  9. They already changed it...at least they did it quickly.
  10. The caption under his picture says, "Mike Mccarney." That is just embarrassing for the DRC.
  11. This stadium is so legit. I am giddy right now after seeing those views!
  12. This gave me some peace of mind. Thank you.
  13. FAU and ULM failed to report attendances for their games. That messes up my spreadsheet.
  14. Double overtime would have been extraordinarily entertaining with the massive amount of foul trouble each team was in. Daigle had 3 free throws to tie it at the end, but couldn't handle the pressure.
  15. Cajuns down 2 with just over a minute left in overtime. 6 MTSU players have fouled out, and 2 ULL players.
  16. ULL and MTSU are headed to overtime. ULL hit a buzzer-beater to tie the game at 82. MTSU has 4 players fouled out, and the Cajuns have 1 fouled out.
  17. Alcohol is available in Hot Springs...come to the tourney.
  18. I suppose I am the same way, but my level of confidence usually surpasses the level of nervousness. The MTSU game switched that to some degree. By the way: ASU 57 FAU 61 Final
  19. Question Mark?
  20. After losing to MTSU, I'm going to be worried going into every game...
  21. Well, Joe Scott was very open about only getting his team ready for conference play.
  22. Reports are coming out that she has died. This is really sad. Reports also say that 4 others including one child were killed. The gunman was shot, but not killed and is in custody. EDIT: After reports were confirmed that she was killed, now a source is reporting that she is still alive. The whole situation is crazy.
  23. UNT loses 69-64, but at the very least they are playing hard. The MTSU/WKU road trip is not easy in any sport.
  24. NT ball down by 3 with :34 second left. Possession arrow with UNT.
