What you are implying is inane and absurd. Of course people can get shot at a gun range when a crazy person turns the gun on someone before the other can react. This can happen anywhere. This was not a mass shooting. An active shooter situation at a gun range would end very quickly. Nonetheless this is a senseless tragedy that cost a great American his life.

One would think Gaines could have used his brain and waited a couple days....unless this is some sort of serious personal matter...in which case officially resigning probably would not have been a priority anyway though. Really funny how nothing ever goes right for us...oh wait, we did steal that one recruit from TSSM.

I don't disagree with that sentiment. I think you're swell too by the way. My point is that in my personal opinion, it felt like JJ had taken the program as far as he could. At which point I would prefer someone else coming in and trying to further what JJ started. Unfortunately, RV didn't make the right hire. That doesn't change whether or not JJ had peaked at NT. Obviously he has a new set of resources at LSU. Don't get me wrong. What JJ was doing was immensely better than Benford. I really appreciate everything Johnny did. He was a classy guy always thanked the fans (something Bwnford needs to do more of to the people still sticking around), but once someone leaves NT, they are gone in my book. I don't follow them, don't root for them, don't care. I understand why some people might want to do that, but threads seemingly celebrating an LSU victory just because their guy coached NT last year seems a bit much. Hopefully that Was coherent and typo free. Just woke up and typing on a phone is tricky...

I wouldn't worry about it. I doubt any of them are even paying attention.

Who gives a flaming crap. JJ is gone. JJ had plenty of time to get us over the hump and he didn't. The fact that RV hired arguably the worst coach in NT history to replace JJ does not change that.

Unfortunately our chances of winning the Sun Belt tournament are greater than someone being held accountable for this. Including Benford.

No brainer...the highest attended home game will be when we host the CUSA championship game. It will be higher than the others because of the temporary bleachers.

We do need a uniform upgrade, but those are a step in the wrong direction.

Screw Arkansas state. We aren't in the Sun Belt any more.

The online universities are an absolute joke. College is an educational experience that goes way beyond the actual classroom. Hopefully the trend turns around quickly.
