I'm probably in the minority here, especially because I'm sure the mods love any additional ad revenue, but i have never been a fan of opposing fans posting on this board or our fans posting on the boards of other teams. That is what conference boards are for.

Pretty much irrelevant. Recruiting is affected way more by overall success rather than random head to head results. It doesn't help though.

Yep. Game is over. I have never visited the UTSA board so I'm unsure of any NT fan presence over there, but it's time for everyone to go back to where they belong.

Weird post. Not sure why it has so many plus ones. So you're basically saying we handed you the game? Is that the opportunity we presented to you? I'd partly agree with that but sort of a strange thing to say. Other than predicting a NT win I stayed out of the absurd trash talk, but camouflaged condescending posts like this rub me the wrong way more than that garbage.

If he leaves, he leaves. Very few of us, if any know him personally enough to know what kind of money it would take to get him to leave. The thought that we could match a BCS offer at this point is delusional. We will have been left in a better place if he leaves. What's important is continuing to make hires that move the program forward. Any one have any reason to doubt we can't do that?

Attendance is really irrelevant as long as we win. It will take multiple years if winning for us topack the stadium in inclement or potentially inclement weather. That's our reality right now and it doesn't change overnight.

The comment on there about him holding back student fees for athletics makes me nervous. We need someone willing to raise them to the maximum allowed and someone willing to. Behind the scenes push for a dedicated athletics fee and not just the watered down stadium fee our lazy and incompetent chancellor allowed to happen.

Maybe the new Texas governor will fire him. Anyone that promises to do that has my vote.

My recollection is that the result was binding if the students voted in favor of the measure and non-binding if the students voted no. I cannot find the actual language of what was voted on online. It doesn't really matter at this point.

The Oregon video was painful to watch. IU was much better. And ours is better than both.

First off, our culture is a little quirky. It just is. I like the IU video too. Maybe someday a group of students will put out a more serious rap video, but why anyone is complaining about the current video is beyond me. That was great on so many levels. It's supposed to be goofy. That's the point. People need to quit thinking they were trying to be Tupac and embarrassed the school.
