    Seems a lot of people are concerned about not know where the seats will be. Anyone know where the NT allotment seats will be? Ours are reserved through the ticket office regardless.

    Unfortunately it doesn't sound like we will be getting a "big name" opponent...at least in the mind of people down here...whoever the opponent is we just need to win.

    The only way this could help is if OSU dropped out of the BCS picture entirely...which is unlikely.

    If OSU wins and goes to the championship game, doesn't MSU automatically go to the Rose Bowl, therefore two Big 10 teams in the BCS.

    Duke beating Florida state could theoretically knock out a second big 10 team so long as MAI beats OSU. Rooting for Duke over the crimiNOLES regardless.

    The SEC or the city of Denton could still screw it up for us.

    That's highly dependent on which NT team showed up and where the game was played. I'm done worrying about what could have been. The season could have been a lot better but it could have been a lot worse too. It's not really out of the ordinary for NT to miss out on opportunities.

    How did SMU not keep us out with all their political connections...and money...and fake attendance counters....and their conference that had nothing to do with the bowl game itself?

    Marshall is a horrendous road team...that's part of the reason they were so pissed about the CUSA BCS equation. Marshall wins this game at home whether its against Rice or us.

    Hey man, I didn't say it wasn't a believable number. I'm sure it will be at least 15,000 or so....they gave away 30,000 tickets...those count for 1/2 each, right?
