    CBS 11 leads their second set of sports coverage with us. They basically did the Big 12 in the first set. Texas A&M highlights were right after ours.

    WFAA did us last but spent considerable time on us. (they actually weirdly led with mentioning SMU and their at large hopes).

    Fox 4 led their college basketball coverage with us tonight. TCU vs. Baylor was second.

    The NET ranking for the women is 107. While not ideal, it’s not like Jalie has this team at the bottom of the NCAA. That’s actually much higher than I was expecting given how the season has felt.

    I didn’t catch it live, but watching the replay Perry definitely got fouled. The big guy leveled him on the way back down.

    This needs to be a board of our own people. The UT, A&M, Lamar, and UTD grads need to go. Thankfully we have 5 of the 9 spots. All 9 of the UT system regents went to college within the system, 8 of them to UT-Austin specifically (Kelcy Warren went to UTA).

    This isn’t true. UAB was 43 and we were 47 when we played in Denton just a month ago.

    If only there was some kind of technology…an engineering marvel, if you will, that provided efficient travel over relatively long distances. Maybe something that traveled above land at high speed, like birds. Maybe such a thing will be invented before the 2023 NCAA tournament.
