I've got to admit I just cheer for the laundry and I love the Cowboys. I still don't like TO solely because to the star incident but if someone makes the team better I'm all for it. My only question is will he make the team better or will he cause a distraction and make the team worse I don't know and luckily it's not my job to make the decision.

First the Giants now WKU when can I stop rooting for and having heart attacks over teams I hate.

It comes down to both there was no offer and even if there was we can't compete financially for assistant coaches in the BCS conferences or the NFL.

I agree most topics should be on the public board but when someone starts a topics and places it in the VIP area it's probably because they don't want non-members to have access. My advise if it's placed on the VIP board and you think it belongs in the general area ask the topic starter why it's there before moving it you never know why they want the info protected.

Tebows is still in school so he's out but it will be players who were in college last year so Russell and Johnson are out. But with that said I have no idea who will be on the covers just who won't be.

We're talking about two teams that although mid majors now still have a long nationally known tradition that we just don't have. Until we get some real national attention they really have no reason to play us except for the small attendance boast from the game. Beating us doesn't prove anything and losing to us is a disaster. I'd love to play at least one if not both these teams every year and if we start to winning some games and increasing our national prestige it will give them the incentive to schedule us more often.

I love that 5 years ago we loved TCU and SMU was afraid of us. Now that we've played SMU it's TCU thats afraid.

The Sun Belt Conference made out pretty well the last couple of days when the NCAA men's and women's tournament fields were announced. Both the Western Kentucky and South Alabama made it, marking the first time since 1994 that the league had more than one team make the field. WKU also earned a spot in the women's field. As I mentioned earlier this week, getting two teams in the men's field will be a financial boon for the league. What might have been even more important was the seeding each team received. The USA men earned a 10th seed, while the WKU men earned a 12th seed. The WKU women are also a No. 10 seed. Avoiding a No. 13-16 seed gives each team a decent chance to extend its tournament run. Each win lands the league a little more respect and publicity. Feel free to weigh in on the blog. Do you think either USA or WKU can make it out of the first round?

I agree as well but compliment or not we beat both SMU and TCU in recruiting so I'm happy.

It's still only about 1/3 of the teams as apposed to football that lets over half the nation into bowl games that mean nothing.
