  1. Maybe they have more important things to do than fixing poll results.
  2. I'm thinking the date may have played a role in that post. He's a graduate assistant meaning he's also in grad school so I don't think he's going anywhere.
  3. A lot of people though he was the most talented of the 7 receiver class we had last year. Had he played 5a instead of 2a in high school I doubt he would have been red-shirted but that is a pretty big jump I expect a big impact from him this year.
  4. Yeah but he took a job 20 minutes from home and didn't have to relocate the family. There isn't a big time job close enough to not disturb his family dynamic I believe his daughter has four more years at Southlake. If he's offered a muli-million dollar deal by a real contender it may change things but I can't see him jumping to a lower level BCS team for at least 4 years. PS I really hope he does stay here for the next 20years but I'm trying to be realistic and know if he has the success we are all hoping for we won't be able to afford him for too long but do think his family will keep him here for the near future even if he does start receiving offers next season.
  5. I said 4-5 years not because I think it will take that long for an offer but that I think he'll be here atleast until Riley graduates. If Texas makes an offer I doubt he could turn it down but short of a national championship contender making an offer I can't see him leaving while Riley is still at NT.
  6. I think everyone realizes that he has to win in order to get that big offer but I kinda like the fact that even the national media expects him to win here and then move on. I think it proves he's already making a splash and getting attention even with a 2-10 first season.
  7. We've got him for 4-5 years after that all bets are off. I just hope he has the success we think he can and that he puts us on the national map before he goes.
  8. No mater now long I look she just keeps going clockwise.
  9. 99-2000 they were 40-42 and missed the playoffs; Cuban bought the team January that season.
  10. If you look at the current highschool recruits the average hight of shooting guards is about 6'4" and small forwards is 6'7". Fleming was 6'5" SF out of highschool and like most has put on a couple inches over the past three years. 6'5"-6'8" is a swing man it just depends on his style of play rather he becomes a 2 or a 3.
  11. That pic is flaming enough already.
  12. That does makes a lot of since when I first thought about the school running the hotel it really didn't make much since but it really could increase the prestige of the Hospitality programs.
  13. Agreed but a lot of people who were around and have the info needed to update the page may not understand how to change wikipedia. I think we need a committee to write and post the history.
  14. Thats my theory as well Houston is close enough to drive and I've got places to stay so I know I'll make that game. I'm not sure if I'll make it to KState but a resonable package could make it happen.
  15. I can't remember he source but I heard he was moved to tackle.
  16. You forgot UNT practiced on Thursday in preparation for the scrimmage when tackle Matthew Menard did a little more in the way of football activities. He was still limited, but worked on his foot work in pass protection with Chad Rose, who is out for the spring with an injury. Dodge continues to be high on walkon wide receiver Alex Lott, who made a nice grab in pattern drills where the wide receivers run their routs without defenders on the field. Sam Dibrell also made a nice catch Former Denton Ryan standout and Navy transfer Greg Garden is getting a long look with the first team at safety. Cornerback Latif Nurudeen continues to work with the first team as well. I can bold names without explaining why too.
  17. Pure greatness
  18. Your right about CUSA but I was responding to CBL's big 12 comment when I said 8.
  19. Good point they have 8 tie-ins.
  20. Thats why any new bowl regardless of conference affiliation helps us. Every time a conference can't fill its bowl commitments it opens up a spot for the belt to fill in.
  21. Had I known it was going to go over this well I would have copy righted it instead of just making it a joke. Thanks to Green Mean for the assist.
  22. Sure you didn't mean huddle?
  23. It doesn't have to be that exciting they just have to win.
  24. AND BOOM GOES THE DYNAMITE!
