Right there with ya. I think the days of small government are gone. My hatred of hippies has always made me a republican but now I find myself without a party.

I figured it was worth a mention stars rookie Fabian Brunnstrom a 23 year old from Sweden just put in his third goal of the night which appears to be the game winner. It's only the third time in NHL history a player has had a hat trick in their debut. It's final 6-4 for the stars first win of the season.

It didn't look like a butterfly ballot to me.

I do understand the idea of showing solidarity and support for Dodge and if his contract was up in the year or two I'd understand but he's still got 3 years left on the deal. Any new deal now I feel would include and unearned raise and would increase any potential buyout if things don't turn around over the next couple years. I still believe in Todd Dodge and think things will get turned around but I do want to see some improvement on the field before extending his original deal. I'm willing to give him 4 years unquestioned if things are looking up at that point extend him before his last year if not we have to consider cutting bait.

I was drunk first half of the decade I just remeber voting yes and losing. When ever it was we should have started the 10% per year increase then.

We should have started that in 2001 after the vote failed.

I'm all for anything that give us an extra home game and might even increase our chances o getting a W. Yet flashes of Michigan v. Appy State keep coming back to me.

Do I like the post no but we are 25 months from Todge's deadline and we really have no information to even insinuate that a stadium will be built by that time. I'm keeping my fingers crossed hoping, preying and willing to donate what ever I can but I really don't think my bank account will build a stadium.
