Perhaps, but it is only a season and a half ago you went to a bowl game. Something no other coach could do for you in the relevant era. It may be a knee jerk reaction. Sometimes, getting what you want can make things worse.

I would be more sure that he was forced to resign. And if that were so, I believe that would be a huge mistake for the little ponies. He is the best thing happen to them in 25 years.

I am still waiting till we can beat someone noticeable to feel like we have really turned a corner.

Nearing the end of the half and utep does not look like last years team. Showers looks to be a very special QB for them. If he stays healthy I expect them to win a few games in conference. They will give us a better game than we are expecting. I hope we are prepared. I also get the feeling that if Showers gets hurt... They will play like last year again. But here's to hoping they pull out a W against Tech. Kudos to them for getting tech at home.

I agree with Grant. What I saw was light years ahead of last week. He wasn't perfect, but he kept us moving and was pretty efficient going 9-12 and one of those three should have been caught. He had a nice toss for a TD that was called back. Besides a few times where he took too long to make a decision, the only real thing that concerned me was his fumble. Luckily we didn't turn it over then but he has to protect it better. He did enough to be the starter for next week. One play that I was happy about McNulty was when it seemed like he went through his progressions and threw a nice pass to Kidsy? Even though he caught it out of bounds, it was great to see him not just give it to the #1 on the play when it wasn't there. All they have to do is keep things honest for our running game. I am growing in confidence that he will get it done.

Greer showed a little more this game. I hope the next week we keep seeing improvement.

Perhaps, with time the coaching staff got to know Dajon... and it wasn't pretty. I don't know though. Just saying time and knowledge of someone can be a good thing or a bad thing.
