  1. So what I hear is that it will be a really nice smallish hall roughly about the size of traditions hall.
  2. Actual will be somewhere around 15,500. They will probably state that there is 20,000.
  3. Or then what.. should we measure it by bowl games? All-Conference recognition? When you consider how little opportunities Hall had, he did a lot with it. Or maybe we should measure it by who can actually execute a screen pass without a pick 6.
  4. It seems to be a pretty standard measurement for most analysts.
  5. I liked Bower. I would take him!
  6. If only we had a team full of Dajons. unstoppable.
  7. Good lord... that radio spot seriously gives me the urge to cut myself.
  8. good point.
  9. Listen, when you are the highest paid individual at the entire university. And, you are succeeding at the task you are paid for.... I think that warrants sufficient blame and pressure.
  10. Normally i wouldn't want to burn a shirt with not much on the line. But, the more I think about it... putting him out there will little pressure or expectations might be the perfect scenario to get some college experience under his belt in a developing year. If we are in rebuild mode, then it wouldn't be a bad thing to do this.
  11. Careful Dajon. Your youth is showing.
  12. I am torn about all of this. Because, I agree with most points of contention. If there is frustration from the athletic department about support from the area, it is on them because support comes with trends. Not some flash in the pan-one hit season wonder type thing. There needs to be a regular building momentum that has a little staying power. We haven't had that and the university needs to look at itself for that. However, it is hard to recruit well when that foundation isn't already there. What I see though is that others have been able to do it. So, why not us?! What I also see is that we could model other schools like TCU and BSU by having a well balanced schedule playing patsies and slowly riding to higher teams AT HOME more often instead of seeing the program as a cash-cow. I feel like we are merely going to stack our own cards to work against us. I hope we work with intentionally here on out to slowly and steadily get this thing going on track. It really is funny that we had an 8 win season and party like its 1999. And now that i live in Boise, they refer to last season as a dark year. You know, when they won 8 games in the regular season. This is probably one point of a million to bring in as the problem. But, our athletic department can control only what they can control. and this seems like one of them.
  13. and i bit on it. Damn it!
  14. I am not sure anyone on here that thinks that DT wasn't this amazing QB would say that they would hate him. We are thankful for what he did. He did enough to get us a good season. But, we don't see him the key cog in our success last year. So hearing things like "he won us..." kinda rings hollow. And good for him helping lead the Broncos to that record. They haven't been so good as of late. Isn't Tune also on that squad? Future big-time coaches in the making?!
  15. Well, i believe that trends are a good predictor of the future. Rarely do you see teams take a 180. So, I will say we will win 4-5 games this year. I predicted 7 wins in the beginning of the year.
  16. No.
  17. Is it really a question of who moves the team better? The answer seems obvious. We are in a crappy situation. But, DW still gives us the best option.
  18. Are we really comparing Greer to DW?
  19. Whoa. Calm down. I thought you were a fan. This kind of nonsense doesn't help anything.
  20. Was he the old d coordinator before skladany?
  21. I think we are poor even with Laramie.
  22. I would have simply said nothing either way. I mean I get it. He is trying to rally the program. But in my opinion he just looks foolish. Like Benford foolish when he said we would go undefeated at home his first year.
