***OFFICIAL UAB vs UNT In-Game Discussion***
Travis replied to Coach Andy Mac's topic in Mean Green Football
Our band plays the most annoying song everytime the other team gets a first down as if they are mocking us. Like they play this fierce stand up d type song when we just give up a new set of downs. I can’t be the only one that keeps seeing this right? -
I feel you on that. Lol

Why? Why should anyone support this crap? Hell, we have insiders telling us we need to keep the statistically worst DC in America. And I am expected to show more support? I will vote with my dollar. Right now they tell me I would just be wasting it. If I saw a department that didn’t accept mediocrity then I would be more apt to give my time and money more. But till then…

I used to have about ten others come with me to games… I couldn’t even bring my kids with me against Memphis. No one wants to come watch this garbage. -
You take it back? Clearly you haven’t led at high levels or have some repressed resentments.

I am waiting for our football team to wear the hoops. with checkered helmet. And argyle pants.

He is my people.

Overrated? From a final four team that brought everyone back?

The term juicy should never ever be used to refer to a more competitive game or a good play. I hate soccer fans for making this thing. -
Very disappointing tournament showing.

Ha. Facts. It’s crazy to question Hodge. If you like the success we have had the past 6 years… Hodge was very much a primary role in it. This isn’t anywhere close to the situation the football team is in. Hodge has more than proven himself. It’s ridiculous to imply him being our HC is a bad call.- 198 replies

I’m just gonna say it… there has to be someone on our roster better than Buggs. he just seems like a liability when it matters most.- 198 replies

The nation? Nay! THE UNIVERSE! -
That’s very true for year two. Year three was like year one. We were ‘in’ a lot of games but that’s worthless. But with year one and three he was only ‘two plays away’ from winning like 5-6 games. And that got old hearing crap like that. Hell, i even heard Mac say that once and I was like… oh man that’s always a mark of a bad team.
-
While I get your point… i do. Everytime i have heard this kind of line we have had a really bad team. I have heard EM say as much and it reminds me of dodge saying something similar.

Good on him. I love that for him.
