He ended up having pretty bad blood with the Coach. It was always implied to me that there was a lot more than merely Todd Dodge Junior coming in.... but, that Vizza would be pushed out... why? because we still weren't winning games with him. Vizza would have been our record holder for passing if he stayed all four years.

In my opinion, Mac has already lost his opportunity to build a recruiting base... he lost it in the beginning when he came in a flubbed recruits and ran some off. He flubbed again, when he followed up 2013 with 2014 and 2015 (so far). I think it is safe to say he has been a disappointment. It still rings to me how he came in bashing the players on this squad and how they weren't D-1 players. But, he hasn't been able to get a winning squad of his own. I vote no confidence.
