Don't be surprised if the Big 12 will drastically change in the next few years. It seems that they are playing our their current TV deal. I expect Texas and OU to bolt to another conference leaving the rest to create a new Big 12. If they happen to take another school or two with them, then the Big 12 could be really different. Houston would seem like an obvious replacement as another AAC school or two. They could always look at Boise State or BYU. But, we really need to put our best foot forward in the next few seasons as a complete AD to make ourselves more viable for the next step up. This all assumes that the P5 doesn't become a whole new league of themselves which is always up for discussion.

One thing I liked that BSU did this past season or two is use their indoor practice facility as a pre-game get together with alcohol and food. It seemed like it was a real hit and a lot of fans wanted to do it before the game. Maybe something we can consider.

That sucks. I lost my dad at 22 when he was still working at UNT. While it is never easy and there is never a good time, it seems to really be tough losing someone during that time of your life.

If SL gets to 6 wins, that is an A+ effort. Monumental in my opinion.

I am seeing the overall sentiment of hope declining. Not to say I blame you because of what we seen... and just the reality of it all. I think we squeak out with a win and get this running game going. 27-26

If I were a Marshall fan, I would say the same thing. But, I feel pretty good about this one.

If it was for lack of effort, this might work... but that isn't it, and doing that would just make it worse. People generally don't respond to well to that... unless for not giving it your all.
