I am happy that Tune is getting another shot. especially when it isn't a team like Alabama. Hopefully he can do what he did this past saturday. I love that he can throw long. Something we don't see out of Dodge.

this argument is weak. And, i have heard winners claim that they had lucky breaks and fortunate calls due to refs. But, that is besides the point... the point is why would they? What advantage is it as a winner to say that?! it makes no sense at all why FAU would get up there and say we were extremely lucky that the refs blew the call. It is human nature to want to boast that "we did it on our own merit!" And the losers do it also because they want to blame others but themselves. However, refs do blow calls in critical parts of the game and they can take blame when appropriate. Perhaps this is one of those times. Your argument is a fallacy.

that is funny. i am not saying it was you but... last week a lot of people were talking about how we are going to finish most likely 6-6 or 5-7. I said it wouldn't happen then for the very reason we lost the game last night. we aren't consistent. At max, we will win 3 maybe 4.

I back UNT.. and support them. That doesn't mean i can't predict with my head and support with my heart. I.E.- I want them to win but I think they will lose. That doesn't make me any less a supporter.

But, you can make a scheme that emphasizes the player's skill set. That is what Dickey did with Jamario. That is what Dodge did with Casey. Besides, Casey will be the first to give dodge and co. alot of credit for his success.

God I hope he can... I put it on him why we lost the last two. You can't turn the ball over that many times and give up that many points off turnovers and expect to win.

As I understand, you can't be released if you are injured. am i right?

The bigger question is, can we make a long completion? Not one of those dinky passes that break through for long yards... but, a real deep pass? Will this be the day?!

I keep hearing how people still see 6-6... for the life of me I don't see it. What God's green earth do you see that will get us there? We might be able to win against WKU, Army, and FIU/FAU. But, with our inconsistency i don't see how we can win all of them... Just a couple.

ha, i still struggle understanding anyone who is a dickey fan. we knew exactly what we got with that guy. and no thanks, i would NEVER want him back.

I get the feeling that the super loud cannon is really getting on people's nerves. I admit at times i thought they were making it too f'ing loud. Second, we have 5 dudes on our all-girl flag squad color guard thing. Third, I now have the runs because of something I ate yesterday.

maybe, but riley was responsible for 4 of those turnovers. Next to injuries, that seems to be his thing.

I am sad I am once again getting back to this point... But, outside of army, i struggle to see another game we can win. *edit* well, i guess W. Kentucky too.

if there was something i could change.. it would be the press area. I don't notice something like that most places. It takes up prime seating and makes the pit look even more sparse then it already is...

I liked the article Brett! I am curious to see how we handle things this saturday. This is the real test of things i think.

thanks for making this. I enjoy watching the highlights. It makes me feel pretty good looking at the positives. Instead of focusing on all the lack of tackling, lack of wrapping up, getting beat long a couple times, the crazy athleticism of their big men, and not getting that much pressure on their qb. BEAT MTSU!

ha. no that is reason number 24.

We need to play these games... otherwise we wont have a program at all. But, I like just playing 1 a season. And hopefully, given time we begin to have a chance to get a win out of it. In the mean time we need to have reasonable expectations against such competition and go with it. Though, the only thing to me is that it seemed that our boys accepted defeat before stepping on the field which I do think is disheartening.
