If true then does this not make you angry?!?! in our best effort we still lose. I argue that it isn't our best but if it was that doesn't help. It only adds more fuel to the fire. Like last year, when dodge and co. kept saying how "this year is different" "our boys really care this time" and in their best year they yielded 2 wins. These things just fall on deaf ears.

I think we all know the answer to this. I like Dodge a lot and I liked the hire. But, it hasn't turned out well. Dodge, with a bit of help from Dickey, has turned this program into the worst program in the nation over the span of the past 5 years. We are asking him to at least win 2 more than the last three years COMBINED! We need to bring a proven head coach, like Leach or someone of similar caliber, to come in here and do this right. I seriously doubt that we will be able to pull off winning seven of the next ten. Its just not going to happen. Thanks for what you tried to do here Dodge, but we need to see if someone else can clean this mess up.

I think that prices are getting a bit ridiculous. but, they raise them to that level simply because they can. People will still show up regardless of price. If the peoples want them lower, don't go to the games. When the demand is low the prices will drop.

Since we are in the context of basketball, bringing up football facilities is a logical fallacy that doesn't have anything to do with basketball talk. Which makes me assume he is referring to the two colliseums. If that were the case then it is hard to give credibility to what he says since he refuses to look at things objectively.

When he said we have average facilities (implying that SMU's were better) then I obviously knew he was either way to biased or doesn't know what he is talking about. It may be a bit of both, because Moody really sucks. I like Sam Houston State's basketball arena over SMU's.

It wasn't a good or bad call for Navy. The only thing wrong was that it didn't work out. hindsight is always 20/20. Plus, you assume that the field goal is a guarantee. I argue that it is no more a guarantee than trying to get a foot beyond the line of scrimmage.

I see what you are saying, and that was my initial issue. And to a degree, it still is. But, if we correct our turnovers in the redzone, 24-35 sounds freakin' amazing for UNT considering where Clemson and UNT have been. Keeping the ball in our hands and away from Clemson was greatness. Eventually, we will be awarded for it. In reality, we have a LOT to work on. Mistakes, busted plays here and there, stupid penatlies, etc. But, on the other hand, there is reason to see this year as a little different.

I thought Tune did well. But, he made two really bad mistakes in areas that counted alot (redzone). It was frustrating because it reminded me of our interceptions/fumbles in the red zone last year.

He looks like an amazing player. It is obvious, he shoots with 100% accuracy. It is this kind of player we are looking for.

Which is why if we don't meet our mark, then there is no real excuse to bring him back. I hope you are right. My heart wants it to be, but my head wont follow so easily.

I would have a hard time keeping a coach who is 9-39. Just can't see any coach ever holding on to a job like this unless that employer had low expectations. Such low expectations would make it EXTREMELY hard for anyone else to have buy in.

If I had to put money on it, i would say a pentuple reverse play in which we get sacked for a 40 yard loss.
