Not really sure where you're going with this. I get the "don't make excuses, it can be done" part. But what you're saying sounds borderline "we should be upset" if it DOESN'T happen. I want it. I demand it long-term, for sure. Do I expect it (winning season? Sun Belt title?) this first year.... I wouldn't be surprised if it happened, but I won't be disappointed if it doesn't. I wish they'd involve Dibrell more, he has looked good at times. Dropped a gimme, though JJ has been the most consistent. He's not dominant, but the DTs aren't getting any leverage on him. I didn't notice until halftime, but one of the guys he's lining up against is a UT signee. I'll keep an eye on that. Penson has been okay, but a lot of plays haven't gone his way. Oh yeah, I agree with your statements concerning the coverage.

I do think some of ya'll can afford to be more open minded about all of this. I have absolutely no problem with UNT using different colors to compliment the hunter green and white. Having a wardrobe full of nothing but solid green, white, and or grey is monotonous. My problem with this is that 1) obviously the sellers, the marketing team, and..well everyone involved has their own idea about what we are. So no one is on the same page and it's just a mess. 2) they haven't gotten the correct green implemented (still seeing the toothpaste green around?), and 3) blue and green really are ugly together lol IMO ROFL OMG WTF BFF? psrichardsgrouprocks

All bashing aside, I saw the CUSA Media Blitz last night and few impressed me as the Mustangs. It's a team that is extremely hungry and desperate to prove they can contend for the CUSA title. The players felt they were robbed a couple close games, although there was no mention of the UNT game. In particular, the Rice loss really ate at Emmanuel Sanders. They are not going to be easy for us by any means, and many predict they are a darkhorse (pun intended? maybe i should say Darkpony) out of CUSA West to win it all.
