ding. As for all the "mapologists" (excellent word, sirs), of course you can keep improving any aspect of the game. But really, if you could wave a magic wand tomorrow and magically reverse the trends of one of these two, which would you choose: a) defensive performance QB play If Meager was amazing the next game or Vizza took over and got SMUish stats, but the defense stayed on its current course, would you feel comfortable betting on a W?

Same offensive output, but different defensive performances since Dodge/Mendoza left. Does that say anything about Mendoza?

Not going to say that we get the upset, but if McFadden is out for this game, Ark loses the Wildcat package that works so amazingly with him. They'll be completely different without McFadden, but still darn good.
