Both playing football at pretty high levels (NFL/NCAA scholarships/etc) ...along with Archie, legends in the football south. I don't think anyone is automatically sorting these younger kids into the same tier as their predecessors, but it's not some wild, illogical leap to assume there's a ton of football happening in the household - from an extremely young age - and they deserve a hard look. Isn't Chubba leaving because they brought in a stud and he (Chubba) isn't being guaranteed the starting job?

Would be interested in knowing what percentage of FBS scholarship players (that graduated HS on/after start of NIL) stay at the same school for 3+ years.

I think the first coach cliche I ever got used to was Haskins always saying, going into every new season, if we can protect our home, and win at least half of them on the road, we'll be in the title conversations. Like everything he said, it's anchored in a ton of truth, and the above is why we are winning championships.

eyeballing Wichita State's history, specifically their incredible run under Gregg Marshall. They won the 2011 NIT, but check out this incredible streak in the years following: 2012 - R64 (27 wins) 2013 - F4 (30) 2014 - R32 (35-1 final record!) 2015 - S16 (30) 2016 - R32 (31) ....interesting to see how brutal they are currently tearing into Mills, but he is actually on pace to do better this year - year 1 - than what GM did in his first year at WSU (11-20)
