    Me and my teenage sons are dressing in layers and heading to Apogee soon. A blizzard couldn't keep me away from cheering on our team, especially the senior class. We have bitched about our team for years, they have delivered the wins, us fans can deliver in attendance. Go Mean Green!!!

    Our last 3 opponents are UTEP, UTSA, and Tulsa. My 13 year old could have told everyone that UTSA would be our toughest test:) I guess you are right, UTSA sux the least of the 3.

    Costs are going up each year but I wasn't addressing that issue. If you have averaged only 3-4% annual raises and are satisfied with that, good for you. If not, maybe a look within will reveal some things to address and work on.

    If you have averaged 3-4% raise annually you either need to look at changing career fields or look at your job performance. As an average, that should be totally unacceptable.
