My mistake I know what position he plays, I don't know why I typed defensive tackle. Is this really good news or just "not bad news". Maybe my expectations are too high, but it sounds like all he did was do what he's suppose to. I'm glad he's here, I hope he's successful, but I'm not gonna crap myself in excitement because this guy barely passed enough classes to make it on campus. If he becomes a positive asset to our school (not just our football team) for 2/3 years and graduates, then I'll gladly pat him on the back.

Lets say in 4 years UNT has a brand new stadium, three consecutive 9+ win seasons, and Riley has just finished up his eligability. By that time we should have a high attendence record, a large increase in alumni donations, a herd of DFW 4 star recruits wanting to come to UNT, and more support from the university (i.e. a student athletic fee is approved). At this point we should have enough money and local support to lock down Coach Dodge. We are the 3rd largest University in Texas and right down the road from the fastest growing metropolitan area in the country, gaining a huge following and making UNT a place every coach in the country would dream to coach at won't be a problem once UNT shakes this luke warm vibe that ressonates from our school/athletic department.

If I was Vizza I would hunt this reporter down for twisting his words.
