I think Wren has always had that list when SL interviewed for K St. and I'm sure updates it annually.

I believe Wren will fire Seth when the time is right. However, getting our asses kicked in an empty stadium may accelerate things a bit. I hope we hire the Sam Houston coach soon so that recruiting isn't affected too much. As someone mentioned, the buyout for conference realignment might be the sticking point. Seth is not helping our cause and looks totally defeated on the sideline. This is a bad time to be sucking and we'll probably suffer for it for years to come.

The thing that kills me is that we aren't even competitive in any of our games. The only one close was smut and we lost by what, 18? That is what is so frustrating. Horrible play calling. Horrible coaching in general. Wren. Help!

Exactly! But here's my prediction. Mizzu knows we can't throw the football, so in an effort to stop the run, they'll put 7 or 8 men in the box and make us throw the ball. To counter that, we'll run Torry up the middle twice to begin our offensive series which puts is in another 3rd and long, then punt and the rout is on. Book it!

I started following this program when Steve Sloan was hired as the AD and the announcement was made that we were moving up to Div.1. As a returning student at that time, it stoked and interest in me that we would be playing the big boys. A lot of bad to mediocre football has been played since that time with a sprinkling of really good football along the way. However, I am so discouraged at the fortunes of this year's team. Yes there have been injuries, yes this is a brutal first half of the season, yes we are young. But we never seem to maintain the success and now listening to the podcast, I've never been so pessimistic about this program since I first started. I turned it off after the 24 minute mark because I can't take anymore disappointment, or waste anymore emotional and mental energy. Reading the board use to give me pleasure, now it just depresses me. I'm probably checking out at least for this season. Maybe for good. I no longer believe in the Mean Green.
