I hope we have a good turn out today. My firefighter son was able to get tickets for being a first Responder, so we'll be there, being loud, wearing green and cheering our team on, win or lose. And a shout out to our seniors who hung in there and stayed with us to represent the University of North Texas. GO MEAN GREEN!

I agree with you. The point I'm making is that we can't seem to decide on anything. I actually prefer the SOW and if they would shrink the image just a bit, it would fit nicely on the helmet. Why someone can't figure that out is beyond me.

It's North Texas...not Oregon. As much as we might hate it we should get away from logo's since we can't seem to settle on one and just put Mean Green or North Texas on the helmet.

I know, I know, but do we know yet what our unis will be for the bowl? Some people just have to know.

Come to think of it, ESPN and the other networks who really benefit from all of this, should contribute $$ to a NIL fund and distribute equally to each schools NIL for them to use at their discretion. Wouldn't that be fair?

In sure Army is thrilled with that choice. They lost their rivalry game, but this has to put a damper on a 10-2 season and AAC championship. This entire system needs to be scrapped and then start over.

Your call, and no, this was not my expectation. I hoped for more and was very disappointed in our play, our coaching and the season in general. But hope springs eternal and the bowl is a chance at a new beginning. I realize there is a pretty good chance that I'll be disappointed again, but ill always support my school and bitch when things don't go well. That's just the way it goes.

Don't know if this helps, but these teams of note will not be bowling this season. Duke, Virginia, Fla. St., Kansas, Cincinnati, Utah, Houston, UCF, Okla. St., Arizona, UCLA, Mich. St., Purdue, Northwestern, Wisconsin, Maryland, Auburn, Kentucky and Miss. St. Like it or not, we're playing in a bowl. They're not. Go to our game and support our school.
