Did you see how ACU tackles? Many one on one stops by their defenders. It takes 3-4 of our guys to bring a runner down. Sheesh.

Thinking that Coach Morris would be fired two games into the season is asinine anyway. I don't believe in censorship either, but the post in principal is/was ridiculous and counter productive. Morris is obviously still learning about this team, but at least he's showing he can adjust and make the changes we all wanted to see. Gripes of this nature, that are destructive in nature, are best addressed in an email to the responsible parties, not on a public fan board.

How is it that he ended up choosing UNT? Seems he could have gone just about anywhere.

Except a lot of our students have to work their way through school and can't attend. No free lunch at UNT.

I agree with you, but can you fire your DC with the lack of talent, size and depth he has to work with? I know it's not a popular opinion, but we probably need to see the entire body of work as you can't really fire someone after 2-3 games. Just won't happen. At this point, I want Chandler Roger's to start the rest of the way, give Oscar Addaway the bulk of the carries and look for improvement on defense. After the season, tear that portal up!
