  1. All this and he didn't play againist our Defense!
  2. You would think that the Million+ we are paying him, that he would have a virtual talk with all us paying his bill. Then, we would not have to be here speculating on "where are we going in the future".
  3. This one has us at #16... Bowl Rankings: How Good Were All 26 Bowl Games? (msn.com)
  4. JAVION sorry for the SP.
  5. Heard from Javon's dad Lewis and Kathy Zack's mom AT THE GAME, we seemed subdued because of the officiating and their intensity it seemed. Their # 24 was all over Zack & then double teamed him very well when Zack got the ball. But we didn't penetrate the lane, as we usually try and kick it out. Three of Zack foul's were really uncalled for. Mc had several ref talks when there were time out's. Nobody seemed to be moving much like Friday night. When Zack got the 4th, well they just started feeding the ball to the #24 to take short shots that somehow went in. Don't know why that freshman PF didn't play more while they took advantage of us in the paint. When we drove into the lane SA started getting fouls. What was REALLY concerning the ut guards Jackson and wallace had no one guarding them with their hands up ready for them to shoot. Those two took probably half the shots their whole team took. They are very quick shooters. this came fromJavon's uncle, LaMichael. They compared to other games didn't seemed pumped for either game it seemed, even though it was a conference game. This practice of playing two games in less than 2 hours is a joke!
  6. Baylor parts ways with Ryan Pugh one day after hiring him By SAM MARSDALE12 hrs 0 One day after Baylor hired former Troy offensive coordinator Ryan Pugh to coach its offensive line, head coach Dave Aranda announced that Pugh would not join the staff. The reason for the decision is unclear. “Since the recent announcement of Ryan Pugh as Baylor’s OL coach, we have decided to move in a different direction,” Aranda said in a statement. “We are currently in the process of filling the resulting vacancy. We wish Ryan the best in his future endeavors.” Pugh came from Troy, where he was the offensive coordinator and offensive line coach for two seasons from 2019-20. He worked under recently hired Bears offensive coordinator Jeff Grimes previously at BYU as the Cougars offensive line coach and as a graduate assistant at Auburn Virginia Tech, and LSU. Grimes brought Pugh with him to BYU when he was promoted to offensive coordinator for the Cougars as his first offensive line coach. After Pugh's lone year in Provo, he got his shot at calling the plays at Troy for two seasons. "Ryan is an up-and-coming coach," Aranda said in a statement released yesterday. "He's a family man and he is a leader. Ryan has great football intelligence and great communication skills. More than that, I am impressed with the quality of person that he is. I also have a great appreciation for the way that he has been able to inspire his players, and build strong, cohesive and aggressive offensive lines. We are excited for Ryan to join us." At Troy, Pugh ran a group that topped the 500-yard mark in total offense 7 different times and scored more than 35-points 12 times. The 2019 season the Trojans finish 9th nationally in passing offense and 25th in scoring offense. Under Pugh's guidance, Troy had 10 All-Sun Belt honorees on offense including five offensive linemen. Pugh also had a stop at UTSA (2016-17) as the offensive line coach. Pugh started his career with stints as a graduate assistant at Auburn (2012), Virginia Tech (2013), Cincinnati (2014) and LSU (2015).
  7. B.O.R. support.
  8. The way the defense plays they need the extra...
  9. It's Mean Joe Green's 74th today. Thanks for all you do for UNT!
  10. It could of been worse,if we had played A&M the week before no one would of been in the stadium!
  11. How about calling them the "Dallas Ford Broncos"?
  12. Related to nUTSAck then?
  13. 5 DB's and they still lit us up with almost 500 yards passing? Something doesn't look right here.
  14. Interesting, nutsack has several that were + when they tested this week. Taylor refused to say how many but he said their game with tsu will be challenging?
  15. Gee, let's see how many TV spots we can pickup for our game programing when the P 5 closes shop and all those game days need to be filled by sports entertainment (football).
  16. What does this have to do with UNT?
  17. BIG O-LINEMAN I hope.
  18. Remember, they are coming back in waves, not all at once. So, there are lot's more out there.
  19. That' exactly what the sports insiders are saying in the San Antonio/ south Texas area. The question they have is can he coach them up & be effective in the head coaching area in big time football?
  20. "The cart is in front of the horse" on this talk, as we should be concerned with UNT opening . What will it look like? Consider this; How can you have dorms open and social distance in the fall? Think CLASSES too! When will these decisions be made & who makes them- fed. gov., state gov., university ( we have over 70% of the worlds lawyers too to make matters worst). How many students will now, because of the virus uncertainly, take their classes on line? Do these pay for athletics in the fall? What is the virus do in the fall. How doers the government's react to it this fall? What about OLDER professors- do they stay in the classes or just teach on-line? Will Texas limit the size of class size, dorm or dining rooms? What about financial consequences of all this(i.e. students money they paid for the school year refund or_____?, do they now take the rest of their classes on-line (Cornell study said that in an average week the average student shares classes with > 500 other students...)? What about the freshman class. Some university's are looking at the fall ( Cal. Berkeley has already taken a $200 million hit from lost revenue and additional expenses) do they have them in classes or at home on the net? One school is having 7.5 week classes to salvage the campus experience (if possible) to lower the interaction between students. This is serious folks. What about self-quarantining for 14 days at school? There are so much to think about here that isn't being talked about that needs to be considered rather than are we going to have FB or EVEN BB people.
  21. I'm waiting for info on several things, will the high risk fans (I.e. Older monied, high risk individuals) how they will look at coming to ANY game if pros do it w/o fans in the stands (as it stands now?) big boys even speculated about starting February. They are staring at the same money problem ( just students aren't going to keep the ship afloat w/o higher price ticket packages being sold )! So the problem is keeping everyone safe to enjoy sports! I think the NCAA is going to be told what to do from the beltway ( remember election year- who's going to take chances w lives for a little entertainment?).
  22. Two reason's to consider on this: can we afford FB without more broadcasting funds? can we do without parking fees & stadium game day sales? there will not be available vaccine supply, along with the fall is when viruses crank up & become a problem . We don't know about the CCP virus (China commie party virus) yet, so the thinking is not helping presently on playing FB this fall as WE are used to it.
  23. BB game FOR $95K ( it looks like!)
  24. Yes, we always sought him out for a laugh and music info. My friends and I are in shock. Prayers for Cary and his family are in order.
