Lat night 60 Minutes ran an interesting story on the benefits and problems of the Texas Top 10% Admissions Program. What bugged the heck out of me though was this. In the story graphic, they had pennants of the following Texas Schools: UT, TAMU, UH, Tech, SFA and SWT... Not only does SWT no longer exist and SFA gets a dadgum mention, but the 4th largest school in the state gets nada, zip, zilch. Yeah, I know I am just a little wound up but it bugs the Bejesus outta me...

Yup, I was somehow able to "sneak" my 9 ft long pvc flag pole with a 3x5 nt flag in Fouts, and was told is the 2nd that I'd have to get rid of it. I was sat right behind the the section that security began to exile. After a little little while new students filled up the same seats. I will chalk it up to new policies, but dadgummit there were a ton of inconsistancies both on and of the field last night...
