    sure he is a major step up from Benford, but the last 2 yrs his team collapsed in Conference Play, add in the last 2 yrs at AState and it is 4 yrs of 2nd half collapses. He has been great for UNT getting back up from the dumpster fire, but does not warrant an extension yet.

    Why? What warrants the extension already? 2 straight collapses in Conference Play? Bad timing, should wait until after this season as it will speak volumes.

    who knows, she was a lower end player, so assume was mutual so Coach could bring in a stronger player. Transfers are crazy in tennis.

    Hopefully the Coaches give the Back-up QB's some play time this year when team is leading handily, unlike the past 5-6 yrs where back-ups have generally gotten no time until they are forced to come in. Plenty of games last few years Back-ups could have gotten good game time.

    disappointing hearing of players not coming in shape, Reffett has no problems calling it out, really no excuse to not be in shape coming into camp unless there was an injury.

    you think these fans really give 2 s**ts about what our facilities look like... maybe a small minority, the rest look at results and the most recent score on their mind is Utah St embarrassing UNT in NM, one year after Troy did the same thing in New Orleans. Wins are what matters in the game of perception

    a roundabout actually does make sense at that intersection, with growth of the commercial to the north and the hospital district traffic will increase greatly while not having to deal with the inconvenience of a light that slows traffic.

    Having seen what roundabouts have done here in Conway on our 2 major arterials, they are much more effective than lights as far as traffic movement, now cost has to be looked at long term, but had a rounadbout replace a light on a US Highway thru town and what once meant sitting for 5-10 min at a light now traffic flows smoothly, also slows down cars. As for the potential for more accidents, one can not fix stupid or piss poor drivers.

    that does seem high for a roundabout, but I assume it will cost a pretty penny to move utilities and also acquire any additional ROW. Roundabouts do work though :)

    Would be nice to see them get a win, would be great exposure for UNT

    I sure hope recruiting picks up because next year could be very bad if they are not Top recruits that can step in and play Top 2-3. Example being UCA who just won the Southland led by Freshmen at #1/2, Sr at 3,5,6 and So. at #4. #1 girl was freshman of the year and in the finals clinched title with win over the Conference POY.
