    celebrate all you want, but don't bitch when SL has run off the fans. This a was bad Rice team and with 2 weeks to prepare the team lays an egg and barely escapes. Makes me excited to watch them play a healthy UTSA team. To each and their own, scheduling after this year will be immensely tougher and many do not believe SL and staff is ready for the step up in competition.

    done and poor coaching lost a 17 pt game at the half, might be time for a change if WBB wants to progress.

    Neal Brown would be great hire, Skip Holtz solid hire who will win to you 7-9 games every year, Tom Herman ok but 1-2 yrs and bolting, Eric Morris solid hire but again is he being spoiled right now at a P5 OC would actually take the current UIW coach over Morris

    please tell me you are trolling? Sure SL never has said a mean word about UNT, but he is making $2 million a year will little expectations, he has the best facilities of any UNT coach and yet he is batting .500, under .500 if you take out the FCS cupcake games. Ironic his 2 best seasons were with DMac Recruits. He has enjoyed a below average CUSA and still can not succeed. UNT deserves a coach who actually wants to be here, not with a foot out the door after Year 1, yes he was already looking, so don't spout UNT should be so grateful that SL "chose" to come here.

    have you not seen the UA defense, Odom is a Big NO, do not need a P5 retread who is looking for a retirement job

    you will find plenty of very good coaches for under $2 million if the BOR decides to go cheaper. We overpaid for SL, pure and simple.

    that is the biggest bunch of bullsh*t poor pitiful UNT. We are paying SL $2 million that is a large salary for any G5, so cut the whoa is me bullsh*t. RV and the BOR failed on this hire, now if SL only made $1.1 then maybe feel for him, but he is one of the higher paid G5's
